Do not buy a car from this company is a completely rip off. They take people money and do not take care of their customers and don’t give a xxxx about the results. They are all about money and themselves the three brothers. My husband went there to get a car yesterday first of all when we got there the car was not even there. They claimed that the car was getting the oil change so as I’m sitting in the car I’m asking my husband where is the car so I can look at it and make sure everything is OK while he’s in there doing paperwork. Car never came The brothers lied and said that the car was getting an oil change. I don’t believe that either.. Finally he came out with all his paperwork. We’re waiting on a card to pull up. car, I’ll say by the time we got home got dinner went to a family members house on the way back on the freeway. The car runs out of gas mind you the gas meter says full so we’re thinking why this being a new car we just got off the lot. We don’t have to put gas in there. on 96 you before that less backtrack the radio and the radio screen did not work that was a red flag now on the freeway on 96 on the way home. The car cuts off. Mind you the gas meter says that it’s full. Come to find out. We ran out of gas. We had to get a lift to the nearest gas station buy a gas can go back to where the car was on the freeway put the gas in there and go back to the gas station to put gas in the car all because of this xxxx company We had our family in the car Kids crying in the middle of the night they did nothing about it man he never answered the phone. The next day, my husband had to miss work he was furious very angry customer. He went back up to the dealership, telling him that we ran out of gas. Also, the radio never worked in this car they tried to read the radio together put a new one on there which it didn’t work so finally they got that together first the gas meter. The gas meter is still broken they they have not done anything about it they didn’t have a loaner. They said that part will be ready on Monday, so now we have to ride around all the way until Monday. Which today is Friday with no gas meter on his car. This is a 2020 Cherokee. This company does not have good customer service. They are a rip off and I do not recommend anybody anybody to shop with three brothers it’s a rip off do not go here , something happened to your car even if it’s a day after they will not take care of you first of all, why is the gas tank on E why is that something that’s not check and if you have been riding around in this car all this time before my husband bought it why don’t you know the radio and why aren’t you controlling the heat or anything it’s a newer car you have to do everything on the screen This business is full of xxxx. I need to be shut down.

This place is a scam, bought a 2014 bmw 535i the drivetrain sensor kept coming on after taking it to bmw it was found that the car had the wrong engine in it an engine from a BMW X5. Kenny is a con artist DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

This dealership uses deceptive practices and don't stand behind their word. Mike the sales rep told me that they do "soft " credit checks and would have nothing to worry about. That was a lie because it appeared on my Experian score as a hard inquiry. Bought a black 2009 Hummer H3 and the dealership owner promised to make sure it was properly running with no issues. After 45 minutes of driving, the TMPS sensors and oil pressure sensors lit up dashboard. Coolant was visably leaking under hood when I pulled over. After taking to a repair shop after work, technician discovered vehicle had a busted cracked radiator, bad water pump, and other minor issues which cost me over 2 thousand dollars 24 hours after driving it home. Dealership Owner would not reimburse me for repairs and swore up and down the truck was in fair condition before pickup. All I did was drive on the freeway to work and discovered this. I am due to pick up my plates and tags next week. I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE AND WOULD STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND!

I'm very excited with my experience at 3 brothers auto sales. Julian and Kenny made me feel like family when I was there. Julian and Kenny are extremely nice and helpful. I been look around for months but Several dealerships turned me down. Kenny got me into a vehicle the same day. I got the vehicle I wanted and they made my dreams come true. I love my Cadillac Escalade and recommend 3 brothers auto sales to everyone.

They sold me a car that was not good from the jump.When I purchased the car car I couldn’t drive it off because he said it needed an engine so I had to wait 2 weeks for it.When I went to get it I still couldn’t drive it off because the belt broke off so his mechanic came and put one on it took 3 hours finally after 3 hours I drove it home.Two weeks later it started to overheat I had to miss work and get it towed to his mechanic they fixed it two weeks passed then my heat went out I had to miss work again that’s two days off my check that I didn’t make.then I needed a steering column and spark plugs a month after that my car stayed in the sop a week I had to get rides to work.a few months passed then I needed an ac compressor if I had an new engine put in shouldn’t the ac compressor be new to? Then a week after that the car was stalling and jerking,then a few weeks later I needed an alternator that was 628 dollars then I needed an timing chain so called the owner of 3 brothers and he said it ain’t nothing he can do I wasn’t asking him to give me a new car I was asking can his mechanic help me he ignored my calls.So finally I called the repo people and told them to come get this piece of xxxx car.
