It's a zero star.
It's a zero star. Disappointing Experience: Misleading Prices, Financing Pressure, Poor Transparency I recently had a very frustrating experience at Westshore Mazda that I feel compelled to share. My wife and I were excited to purchase a vehicle, and we made it clear from the beginning that we had a pre-approved loan from our bank. Despite this, the dealership tried to trick us toward their financing options, which raised immediate red flags. It felt like a blatant attempt to deceive us into financing through them, even after we had explicitly stated our intentions. The vehicle was listed at $22,594. When we were presented with the invoice, I was shocked to see a total of $32,608.13—a staggering difference from the advertised price. While I understand there are additional costs like taxes, tags, and filing fees, the dealership was adding hidden fees that were not disclosed upfront. Throughout the process, the manager was dismissive of our concerns and continued to pressure us into accepting their terms. This experience has left us feeling frustrated and distrustful of Westshore Mazda. I strongly advise potential buyers to proceed with caution. There are plenty of dealerships that value transparency and honesty—sadly, Westshore Mazda is not one of them. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Westshore Mazda. We clearly communicated from the start that we had a pre-approved loan from our bank. Despite this, the dealership tried to steer us toward their financing options, which immediately raised our suspicions. In fact I took a photo of the invoice with the name of the salesperson, the manager & the financing options that they were cunningly trying to push. It was a blatant attempt to deceive us into using their financing, even after we made our intentions clear, While I understand there are additional costs such as taxes and fees, we were shocked to discover hidden charges that were not disclosed upfront. When we received the final invoice, it revealed an outrageous total that was $10,000 more than the listed price! This lack of transparency is not only incredibly frustrating but also unethical. Overall, our experience at Westshore Mazda left us feeling misled and disappointed. I strongly urge potential buyers to be cautious and consider other dealerships that value honesty and transparency. Save yourself the trouble—look elsewhere!

Horrible experience.
Horrible experience. When I bought the car six weeks ago, Westshore Mazda tried to bill me three thousand dollars above their Cars.com advertised price for service performed when they bought the car. They pushed me into a service program for a car they can't even service as I bought a pre-owned BMW!!! I had it serviced today and the oil was due, coolant was the original coolant, tires need replaced, engine and cabin air filters needed replaced 6 weeks after I bought the car. WHAT SERVICE DID YOU PERFORM?? Here I sit - the State of Tennessee - as of this morning - has still not received any paperwork from the dealership so I still do not have tags. When I contacted the dealership they assured me it was sent but can't provide a FedEx or UPS tracking number. Tennessee has no paperwork from the dealership and also cross referenced my VIN, name and home address and can't find anything. This dealership is a mess!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

"Guarantee" their prices but when you send them a quote excuses start coming. Why bother with a guarantee you won't honor.

You can't make this up ( LOL) I was told that no deal
You can't make this up ( LOL) I was told that no deal could be made for me, I bring in 3500 a month free and clear, and have a amazing payment history, was told that something had been worked out, come back in the Morning with my insurance, and you'll drive off the lot. Get there and there is a credit freeze on my credit, get it removed, again nothing can be done! Funny thing is my girlfriend just got of jail, has only been working a month, and the same Hyundai Sonata they were trying to get me into, she is driving home right now, same color, blahahah same VIN, She didn't even have a down payment, employees gather around and do videos, and a baby just glides through the store while Mom is working, no harm there, but the rest...Wow

$4800 in Fees cost he deal for me, I purchased the same make and model car from Indiana better milage and shipped to my door saved $5,000. If you are from out of town they will not ship nor will they let you ship a vehicle. Better to purchase anywhere in the world other than here. I will say the staff is friendly.

Terrible dealership that doesn’t care about making their
Terrible dealership that doesn’t care about making their customers happy. The sales manager Manny will screw you any chance he can. They don’t communicate and keep you hostage in the dealership for hours and hours. They add all kinds of fees and play with numbers…you’re better off going someplace else.

"Liars" best describes this dealership!
"Liars" best describes this dealership! My sister purchased a new Mazda CX 30 last night and was told repeatedly that purchasing a new car from this dealership comes with peace of mind as new vehicle purchases from Westshore Mazda comes with a lifetime power train warranty. After completing the paperwork, the finance manager stated that the salesperson did not know what he was talking about and that the vehicle comes with a basic 3year, 36 mile warranty, nothing else. This is fraud at the highest level. They took advantage of an 81 year old retiree and refused to make any concessions for the lies that were told her to her by the salesperson.
