Warning ! Be careful of your sales person. They will lie and not tell you anything. Told me vehicle was in great condition. I purchased from out of state so I relied of him being honest. Showed up to get vehicle and paint was in bad condition the whole roof needs to be repainted. Sales person never told me about it. All they care about is selling you a vehicle. Dont care about the customer. If you can show up in person and look vehicle completely over. Dont rely on them over the phone. They Wont be honest with you. Oh there two year maintenance program I heard dont apply to me because I dont live in Texas. Anyway bad experience. Dont recommend these guys. Go somewhere else to buy. They have my number and I welcome there call anytime.

My salesman Miguel Lopez was very helpful and transparent. Made my car buying experience fantastic compare to other ones I have been too. Next to you want to buy a car ask for Miguel.

I inquired about a very expensive car and also had one to trade. They offered about $5,000 below market value for mine. I told them I wasn’t going to accept it. The manager called me back and tried to convince me to take their offer by sending me an ad for the lowest priced comparable car he could find (although I found comps for $20,000 more). I hung up on him since he was being an unprofessional jerk. I then sent them an ad for a comp to their car that was new, had more options and priced $3,000 less than their used and previously wrecked car. I told them they should knock $10,000 off the price of theirs by their logic. I never heard from them again. Don’t waste your time with these guys. They’re crooks and con artists.

I can honestly say buying a car from Tradeline Motorcars was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I've bought a lot of cars over my lifetime. Fito, our car salesperson was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The actual purchasing process, which normally takes several hour at best, took maybe 20 minutes. I've read other bad reviews on this site about Tradeline. However, based on my experience those reviews either came from competitors posing as customers or they flat out had the wrong dealership.

We actually had another appointment with another car dealer prior to going to Tradeline Motors. But, as it turned out, this was the right place for us. We canceled our previous appointment and left our car hunt with Fito. We had an awesome experience buying our car at Tradeline Motors. Starting with our car salesman, Fito. From the start, he was very polite, personable and helpful to us. He even personally took a video of the car we were interested in and sent in to us the day before. When we got there, he was so accommodating, respectful and understanding of our situation. He made the whole luxury car buying experience much more enjoyable and we felt no pressure at all from test driving the car to the negotiation to the sealing the deal. We left the place at peace with our purchase. Fito rocks! I highly recommend him and we’ll definitely go back to Tradeline Motors when we’re ready to make another purchase. Their excellent service did not stop the moment we signed the contract. Because it was raining when we test drove our car, he had us return for a full detail and full tank refill once weather cleared! The whole team is a blessing! Thank you Fito and Mr. Bennett!!

BEST SCAMMERS EVER FOR A BIG CAR DEALERSHIP AND NEED TO SHUT DOWN ASAP. I drove 6 hours to get here and they intentionally inflated the total price and overcharged me while I was sitting and waiting for them to complete the paperwork. When I came back to speak to the manager he was so nervous while trying to explain to me because I knew he was lying straight to my face especially with the handwritten prep fee added on the sales but declared N/A $0.00 on the purchase agreement. They also overcharged me for the extended warranty which costs $3,240 for 24 months which is ridiculous high and a total ripoff. When I called the lienholder bank the staff working there told me that the fund hasn't been successfully made but Bob apparently told me that it had already gone through. When asking to return the car and get my down payment back, Bob also told me that "You have been in my car for almost a week. If you think I'm giving you your down payment back after you've driven my car for almost a week you have another thing coming" PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY BY STAYING AWAY FROM THIS SHADY AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS WITH GREEDY EMPLOYEES!

I'm big on customer service period!!! They are rude and hung up on me after yelling at me. I had the call on speaker while ordering my food. So many people heard the owner being rude while eating their food before I realized I had it on speakerphone. I quickly turned off of speaker as I went to the bathroom. Many people were disgusted by the poor customer service this company expressed. I was willing to give this place another chance, as people have bad days. HECK NOY NOW!!!! These people are crooks, and don't care about you as a customer. People reap what they sow!!! It will come back to bite them one way or another. I'm telling all my friends not to go there ever!!!!

Bob the manager was very rude! He was rude in the negotiating process and even after we agreed on a price once he ran the credit and you asked him any questions he gets offended. When Adrian says I can get you 3.9 or 2.9 interest rates and you run my credit which is in the 800’s abs you say it’s a 4.3 interest and I ask why Bob gets offended. On top top it off he hung up. I will be calling the owners of this company.I’m a stickler for service. Especially when I’m spending $50,000. They really think they only made one car! Horrible! They all should try another profession. Sales is NOT for them
