Nesreen was great helping me with finding the car I

Nesreen was great helping me with finding the car I wanted and made my first car buying experience a good one. She was very knowledgeable of all of the functions in the vehicle and was very friendly. Chrystal, who works as a manager in the service department, recommended Mike Rezi Nissan and Nesreen and I am very grateful. I felt like I was well taken care of.

As a 47 year old woman I have had multiple experiences

As a 47 year old woman I have had multiple experiences with purchasing a vehicle. When my initial truck had several issues, Mike didn’t hesitate to pull together an A-Team to make it right! Nesrin was so patient and so understanding of my wants and needs and she consistently went above and beyond with a smile on her face. From Ashley in customer service, to Mr Campbell in finance all the way to Cooper and the entire service department, I felt like royalty during my time with Mike Rezi. thank you for putting people first guys. I had an appointment with Roswell Nissian, got there and had a note on the door they were closed for the day and was very upset they didn’t call me, on my way home 🏡 googled nearest Nissan dealership, Mike Rezi came up, I called and some to the nicest angel Crystal, she said come on in, she is the reason I’m now a forever customer of Mike Rezi Nissan. I love coming to mike Rezi Nissan.

I love coming to mike Rezi Nissan. The entire team is always very accommodating, professional and kind. Although I live about 40 minutes away and there is another dealership closer to me, I rather take the drive. The wait for service is always pleasant and the hot chocolate is great!!!! The service almost makes you want to buy 2 cars🥳
