After searching many dealerships I finally found Toliver
After searching many dealerships I finally found Toliver and they had the Jeep I wanted. Mike Grubbs responded immediately to my inquiry and we had a deal in hours. I got a fair trade in and the vehicle was delivered to me in Nacogdoches. I was impressed with how easy the deal was completed.

Brought 2014 Jeep Cherokee Laredo in because the dash has
Brought 2014 Jeep Cherokee Laredo in because the dash has the "emergency brake" light lit (something wrong with emergency brake). When I got to Toliver a woman service writer greeted me and asked what was wrong. I told her the emergency idiot light was on and I couldn't get it to go off. So she takes car in and later contacts me and says the right rear caliper is leaking and they will have to order the part. So I start asking technical questions of which the woman service writer could answer none other than the part will take 3 days. I cant leave car there for 3 days so I go pick it up. When I pick it up I am asking more technical questions and my female service writer can answer zero of them (she wasn't the least bit technical) so she had others in the office answer. So I left feeling uneasy but figured I had to pay a diagnostic fee so didn't want to just walk away if I could help it. So, I gave them a chance. 5 days go by and no call, so I call them. No part and no call to tell me no part. So now it's going to be another week. 10 days go by with no contact from them, so I call again. Now it's going to be a couple more months. So now I have been driving the car the entire time with no issue (other than the light is lit) so I go look at my right rear caliper and find that there is no leak that can be seen, and I have lost zero brake fluid. So I go to Tolliver to talk to the manager. First I tell him about the part being ordered (BTW this caliper must be made of gold because they want $350 for it and $250 to put it on. UN-BE-LIEVABLE). So the manager just tries to defend anything Toliver and blame everything on anybody else. So I explained how I brought my car to Toliver, not a parts supplier so everything that happens in my experience is Toliver's responsibility. He hesitantly agreed but until then, wanted no responsibility. Then I told him I saw no leak. So he goes out to get the technician who states the leak cant be seen (its inside the connector for a sensor on the caliper). I said that sounded wierd but he says he trusts this guys because he's "his best tech". So if I am loosing no brake fluid and there are no signs of leaks, why is it the caliper? He just says he trusts his guy. So I leave (now really uncomfortable) and I wait and wait and weeks go by with no contact. I had forgot about Toliver when after almost 3 months, I get an email that says "Your car is ready". They didn't even have my car yet it was ready. I didn't respond to it as it just showed more ineptness that I didn't want to deal with at that point. So I ignored it. After a week, got another email that said I was due a $100 refund (which I also ignored as I knew it wasn't true). Then the final email said My Jeep was "Ready for Pickup". I'm sure this is a management issue (hiring unqualified "service writers", having no idea when parts are coming in, not keeping customer informed of status changes, sending emails of job status when they dont even have my vehical, etc) as it isn't any one person. If you are looking to get irritated, this is your place. Otherwise, I suggest avoiding it like the plague.

We recently bought a 2024 Dodge RAM truck from Toliver
We recently bought a 2024 Dodge RAM truck from Toliver Dodge/Jeep and didnt notice an error in the selling price of the vehicle until we got home and looked at the papers more carefully. When we brought this to their attention they agreed and reimbursed us for the discrepancy. We want to thank Toliver for their integrity and positive response. Its a pleasure to do business with honest folks.

I own a 2018 ram power wagon, and my ABS control module
I own a 2018 ram power wagon, and my ABS control module went out in October 2022. The part was ordered over the phone by “Tony“ or Sean Toliver. We called to check on the order status in December 2022, and come to find out the part was never ordered. The part was then ordered by one of those two employees and a screenshot was taken from their desktop computer with my name and vin number specific to my power wagon indicating that the part was ordered. Called in January to check on the status and were told “you’re number four of 29 but the parts are still on order“ and should be delivered in March 2023. Called in March to check on the status of the part and it was pushed back to April 2023. Called in April to check the status of the part and it was pushed back to May 2023. Called in May to check the status and it was pushed back to August 2023. And that’s when I send an email to corporate (Stellantis), and the following day my case was being resolved. I had to involve corporate to get my vehicle fixed after months of being told the part was “on back order“ when, in fact, it wasn’t ordered at all, or they sold my part to someone else. Corporate had the part overnighted to the dealership. I stopped at one of our local jeep shops in Lindale, Texas, to drop off my wife’s jeep for some upgrades about 30 minutes before dropping my truck off at this dealership, a lady driving a jeep Rubicon had just left this dealership with having an oil change completed. As she arrived (12 miles down the road from the dealership) she had oil all over the bottom of her jeep and all over the lower part of the engine compartment. The service department installed the wrong filter and too many gaskets nearly causing her vehicle to be totally ruined. I was extremely skeptical in leaving my truck there and even voiced my concern to corporate. I was assured it would be taken care of by corporate so I took a leap of faith. My ABS control module was installed a few days later. When I went back to pick up my truck in June 2023, before driving off the lot i noticed other peoples property from their vehicle was in the back of my truck. I talked to the service manager and asked to talk with Sean or Tony and was told it wasn’t their fault, the part was ordered under another name. I showed screenshots of the picture taken by the employee of the order in my name and matching my vin number, and was told it must have been something else. Even after giving text message screenshots of all the lies and deceit from its own employees to the service manager, nothing was done and no ownership was taken on their part. I would not recommend Toliver Jeep Ram in Mineola, Texas to anyone and would give it zero stars if it was an option. They refuse to take any responsibility or steps to correct the behavior of its own employees. This is one of many reasons why consumers hate going to dealerships had it not been for the corporate level, nothing would’ve been done with my vehicle. This is by far the worst dealership to do any business with us, and I would highly recommend that you go somewhere else.

Another $400 AC recharge.
I brought my 2006 Dodge Dakota in for service because my AC was blowing hot air. this was in 2021. Supposedly they check for leaks and found none. After tacking on additional miscellaneous service charges, with the AC recharge the bill was over $1,100. In 2022 my Dodge truck is blowing hot air again. I took the truck back to Toliver Dodge and explain my truck is used about 4 times a year, never leaves Mineola, parked in a garages, and I put less than a thousand miles on it in that year, and ask why is it blowing hot air again? Service guy says " that happens some time, pay $400 and we will recharge again". I paid. This year, April, 2023. I arrive in East Texas (the truck never leaves Mineola). It's blowing hot air again. I take the Dodge Dakota back to Tolilver Dodge. The service tech now says just because the check for leaks the AC system the time of service and they don't find a leak, there still could be a leak. He ask if I wanted to pay for another ($400) for a recharge. HUH. Same time frame, I spoke to the sales manager and told him I was prepared to buy a new truck from Toliver Dodge or Toliver Ford, but not now with that type of service. Sales manager seemed concerned and said he would get back to me. Never heard from him. Being Africa American I know what it feels like to be treated with indifference because of my skin color or hair type. This was one of those times. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I have noticed the responses regarding complaints never directly addresses a customer concern. If I were to purchase a new Dodge or Ford truck a would go a hundred miles out of me way before going to Toliver.

Small town service, very easy to work with.
I have worked with this dealership multiple times from 2020 to 2022, each time they have been willing to help with no issues, I am a extremely picky customer, I tend to search the inventory of every dealership within 100 miles of me looking for the best deals, then I make a detailed list of vehicles that meet what I want/need and speak with each dealership about the different fees and rates for the vehicles I like to make sure I get the best deal. each time I visited Toliver Dodge in Mineola they have been more than willing to help, if they don't have what I'm looking for vs my budget, or they are unable to match trade in value of another dealership they have been honest enough to tell me up front, only issue I ever had from them was their detail service, but I had tan cloth seats in a car with 2 young children that hadn't been detailed in 3 years, so I couldn't really blame them there. I bought a truck from them back in 2020, and never had a single issue with it. They never hounded me upfront with the typical prying dealership questions "do you have a trade", "how much are you looking to pay per month", etc. Instead they let you set the pace for the buying process, at a pace that's comfortable for you. They didn't try to squeeze me in to something above my price range, they never tried to upsell me on stuff I don't need, very easy to work with and very friendly staff. That being said, they are still a dealership, and they still need to turn a profit, and you should never go into ANY dealership without being prepared, but i've worked with over 20 dealerships the past 2 years and Toliver Dodge of Mineola definitely places in the top 3.
