San Jose Mitsubishi Motors Service Center
The Service Manager, Long Hoang, was especially helpful to me at drop-off prior to service. He helped me determine the most important services that my car required and explained clearly what the next service for the car would require and cost. The waiting area was clean, quiet and had free Wi-Fi so I could work while I waited. The car was finished in under an hour (which was wonderful) and then washed before I picked it up. Overall, I would highly recommend using the San Jose Mitsubishi Center on Stevens Creek Blvd. to service their vehicles.

LIARS, CHEATERS AND THIEVES...
Was promised a full tank of gas, paying nearly $200, for non of the services preformed here in San Jose, if I drove there. My car was damaged horribly and blood droplets left in back drivers side door foot area.. among the rest of the filth. The director of sales in Hayward, promised to change the bad taste left in my mouth, as he constantly stated, If I allowed them too. I drove away, with AGAIN a filthy car, OH! they did spray tire shine, as they are known for, on a dirty car, never washed. NO GAS! The so called manager, knows nothing about wha'ts going on! NOR DOES ANYONE ELSE!! NO COMMUNICATION!!! FROM ANY LEVEL!!! I can check my own oil, I can cheeck my windshield fluid! I can see! and check my tire pressure!!6! $174.00 and a week later, 5 hrs of my time was wasted, so that the guy can tell me he checked all fluilds. WTH!!! Drove 45 minutes there and back!!! FOR NOTHING!!!

I went in looking for a Used Car. Wasn't sure which one. The salesman that helped me was Really nice, and not pushy at all. He also knew the product well. The Sales Manager even greeted me and made himself available to us. Finance paperwork was also quick and painless. What a Great Car shopping experience. I didn't think it was possible, but SJ Mitsubishi staff made it a Great experience. Thanks for treating me like family Guys. I'm definitely coming back for my next car purchase.
