I have been a Lexus customer for 12 years and have not

I have been a Lexus customer for 12 years and have not have any problems until i reached 120K. service. Thereafter, they flag everything that could be wrong w/ your car to upsell their services. They follow up with a report and video to inform you that your car is in danger even though a lot of the identified items are not substantiated. I basically paid over $2K for a spark plug change and visual/preventative inspection, which seems pretty costly! This cost does.not include the oil change and tire rotation that I already had done. I will now seek an independent service provider that came highly recommended to determine if my car really needs a new radiator vs. a cap gasket, shock absorbers (even though my car is not bouncing around), etc. Wished I had done this before, but I trusted Lexus so I didn’t think about it. This business model needs to change to gain the customer’s trust and long-term loyalty. On the other hand, Lexus did an excellent job on my car detail although, they missed the passenger side handle section, interior ceiling, and trunk shade.

First time working with Christina.

First time working with Christina. She was very helpful and responded to my requests in a positive manner. My issue was simple and handled with quality care. I would request Christina if I had another problem with my ES 350.

I really enjoyed Shame at Lexus. Even though I made a mistake on my appointment she was very kind and personable with me and she made me feel welcomed. The service was excellent. I have been to this Lexus dealership the last 2 years and I always feel welcome. Thank you Pham for being who you are a very kind and helpful person.
