I rolled into their lot with shotty credit so bad it could star in a horror flick, a minimum down payment that wouldn’t even cover a fancy coffee, and a dream to drive off in a gorgeous red 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E (fully electric, zero gas, pure swagger). Spoiler alert: Jesse Leeman and Ross the Boss made it happen, and I’m still pinching myself! Let’s start with Jesse Leeman, the salesman superhero who deserves a cape. Ross the Boss and Jesse Leeman teamed up to secure a mind-blowing $4,000 rebate that doubled as down payment assistance. I repeat: FOUR GRAND to make my Mach-E dreams come true. I didn’t even know rebates like that existed outside of fairy tales! Jesse Leeman and Ross the Boss tackled every obstacle like it was a video game boss battle. Weird bank requirements? Smashed. Picky lender demands? Obliterated. My anxiety about the whole process? Jesse Leeman calmed me down with his charm and jokes, making me feel like I was hanging with a friend, not buying a car. Ross the Boss sealed the deal with his deal-making wizardry, ensuring I drove off in that sleek, red 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E that’s so electric it practically hums “Born to Be Wild.” I’m now zipping around in my Mach-E, turning heads and feeling like I won the lottery, all thanks to Jesse Leeman’s relentless hustle and Ross the Boss’s financial sorcery. If you’ve got bad credit, no money, or a knack for losing important documents, run—don’t walk—to LA City Cars and ask for Jesse Leeman and Ross the Boss. I sent an inquiry to LA City cars via a trusty car search site. Someone emailed me and stated we would get much more done with a phone conversation. After I stated my preferred method of contact is via email, I never heard back from her. I waited a few days and sent a follow up reply and still received no answer. I reached out directly to their website and left my phone number. The next day, I began texting with someone and after asking for pictures of the vehicle to see if there were any visible imperfections, I was told no further information could be given about this vehicle. The vehicle has been at this lot for a year and I simply wanted more info prior to beginning my purchasing process. I can see why this dealership has low ratings.

They don’t show that they add in almost $4500 more for some clear coat, low jack and some door ding protection. So make sure to add that to the price and I called to make an appointment for a car I had found but it happened to be at the other dealer. You think when you call about a car you find they would send you to the dealer that has the car you want. Very unhappy with them. I would never recommend going here.

scam dealership. Price includes 4k rebate you probably don't qualify for and they add on 4k or more worth of add-ons. basically stealing the 4k from you that you probably don't qualify for. They will tell you you qualify but that are income limits to this credit.

They are Con artists dont waste your time ROSS WILL SCAM YOU THIS WHOLE ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD BE CLOSED

The information received over the phone, was contradictory to what I was told during the visit, where lots of add-ons increased the prices of the vehicles significantly. The online advertised prices are misleading.

This is absolutely NOT the place to go for a car! We were lied to consistently. The people there are unscrupulous, disrespectful, unprofessional! Don’t waste your time.
