This dealership is a fraud.

This dealership is a fraud. We paid their service department over $4K for repairs only to continue to experience the same issues. When we took it back to them, they wanted another $5K to do more repairs to which we said no. Then we took the car to get a second opinion and were told that several of the repairs they said they did were in fact not done. On top of that, no one at the service department will respond to us about the issue. They are just crooks plain and simple. UPDATE: Just got a call from the service manager and of course, they admit no wrong doing whatsoever. Additionally, they tell us NOW that because 6 months had passed, there was nothing they could do to help us. It's just crappy customer service from start to finish and rather than fix the original problem like they were supposed to the first time, they just want more money. Shameless and disgusting. Don't ever go there; they are crooks plain and simple and have no consideration for the customer at all.

Great experience!

Great experience! We had all of needs and questions answered for us primarily by Miracle the internet manage. She was great. We also was helped by Jamar with the financing. They supplied a bottom line price "out the door" for we brought our own financing. When we arrived to take delivery we were introduced and assisted by our very knowledgeable salesperson Eric. We were in and out in a very short time and on our way home to Germantown, TN 225 miles away. One of the best experiences we have had buying a new car in years. Subaru of Gallatin beat the Memphis prices hands down! Great place to do business. Would consider doing business there again. Keep up the good work guys! RDuke

I love the people who work at this particular location .

I love the people who work at this particular location . I have another Subaru dealership closer distance- wise, and our whole family chooses to drive extra distance just to avoid the other location . We own 4 Subarus we service all of them in Gallatin . We had bought 2 last vehicles from them as well . Everyone we had come in contact with is exceptionally nice and helpful . Love this place !
