I brought my less than 6-mo year old 2025 Equinox EV in

I brought my less than 6-mo year old 2025 Equinox EV in for service on 4 issues. Mauer Main Chev kept the car for 2 days, updated the software, claimed 1 of the issues was unproducible, and left the other three issues unresolved. My Nav screen is literally non-functioning. The mechanic could've pressed a single button to bring up the Nav screen and they could've verified their software update didn't resolve my issue - but apparently a single button press is too much to ask for. If your car needs service, look elsewhere.

Jared Driste was fantastic!

Jared Driste was fantastic!! Driving my pickup and the engine started making terrible noises.. Drove it right to Mauer Main to see if I could get someone to listen to it.. Jared, who was very busy, came out listen to my engine and advised me not to drive it. Assume it would take days for repairs since I didn't have an appointment, but received a call later in the day telling what the issue was (Water Pump) and that it would be done later that day!! Was so thankful!! Jared is the best!! Extremely Happy!!

When we first got there and spoke with the salesman, my

When we first got there and spoke with the salesman, my son told him we looked at some other vehicles and he replied "why did you even come here." Then we test drove one of your vehicles that was dirty and smelly. While test driving the vehicle, we told the salesman it was smelly in the backseat, he said "maybe you should just turn around." The salesman was very rude! Not a positive reflection of your dealership!!!

Mike Rue is an excellent salesperson.

I called with a question and The manager Josh was very

I called with a question and The manager Josh was very helpful. He got me in touch with Dan who was able to answer all my questions and sent great videos and pics of the vehicle I was interested in. I had a long drive to come look so they were able to give me an over the phone tentative trade in as well. Once I got there the truck was exactly as I was told. A test drive and I was sold. The The finace was simple and i was done with everything in not quite two hours. Thanks to Dan this was the easiest vehicle purchase I have done. highly recommend them!

Facility clean.

Facility clean. Friendly staff. They got my vehicle in before my scheduled appointment. During routine service appointment they reminded me of radiator leak. Shane Nohr took the time to call to verify warranty would cover the radiator issue . Previously I was told i would have to make a separate application for that. I was able to have the radator work done that day. Shane also arranged for me to get a ride to work, while the work done. Thank you to Shane for taking care of my beicle and me. The young man who gave me a ride was also very nice. I didn't get his name.

Was not a good visit.

Was not a good visit. Someone went thru my things and ate the food i had in my car that were gifts for my kids. Its not even about eating the food. BUT to go thru my things!! Thats wrong. We will be taking our business and our friends with us elsewhere.
