Purchased a new 2026 Silverado trail boss near the end on
Purchased a new 2026 Silverado trail boss near the end on January, my sales person was Mike rue, awesome guy, friendly, knowledgeable, made the purchase process smooth. Mike went the extra mile in helping me set up my preferences, explaining the differences in the settings. He also helped me get my phone connected to the truck and explained how to use it through the infotainment screen. After having the truck for a few weeks, It needed to be seen by service for a rotational sounding noise, I thought it was a tire out of balance. Jerod from service was awesome, very personable, listened to my explanation of what I was hearing and what I believed the issue to be. He acknowledged my concerns, and suggested a tech do inspection & test drive before jumping right into dong tire balancing. The tech was Zack, he was awesome… he found the drivers side axle shaft was not completely seated in the differential, thus causing the noise i was hearing. While this was taking place, I was sitting at a table near the service lounge, Mike, my sales man came by, recognized me, came over, very friendly, we chatted for a bit. It was very nice that I wasn’t just a sale stat and forgotten. After a while, Jarod came over to me, sat down, explained to me what Zack discovered and that parts needed to be ordered. I asked to see on my truck what he was talking about, without hesitation, he said sure - come on back. Thants when I met Zack, super friendly, explained and showed me the issue. I got my glasses, handicap parking permit and a can of monster energy drink out of my truck, Jerod then got me set up with a loaner vehicle. A few days later, i called to check on my truck, Jerod was tied up on something else, but called me back in about 20 mins. He told me the parts came in, my truck is a priority and was being worked on as we spoke. He also apologized, stating he was going home sick and wouldn’t be there when I pick up my truck. When I arrived, a young lady helped me check in the loaner and get the paperwork for my truck. Upon going out to my truck, I found a note on the front seat from Jarod & Zack wishing me a happy birthday and a gift of three cans of the monster energy drink i like. Talk about going the extra mile!!!! Wow! Thanks Mike Becker

I brought my less than 6-mo year old 2025 Equinox EV in
I brought my less than 6-mo year old 2025 Equinox EV in for service on 4 issues. Mauer Main Chev kept the car for 2 days, updated the software, claimed 1 of the issues was unproducible, and left the other three issues unresolved. My Nav screen is literally non-functioning. The mechanic could've pressed a single button to bring up the Nav screen and they could've verified their software update didn't resolve my issue - but apparently a single button press is too much to ask for. If your car needs service, look elsewhere.

Jared Driste was fantastic!
Jared Driste was fantastic!! Driving my pickup and the engine started making terrible noises.. Drove it right to Mauer Main to see if I could get someone to listen to it.. Jared, who was very busy, came out listen to my engine and advised me not to drive it. Assume it would take days for repairs since I didn't have an appointment, but received a call later in the day telling what the issue was (Water Pump) and that it would be done later that day!! Was so thankful!! Jared is the best!! Extremely Happy!!

When we first got there and spoke with the salesman, my son told him we looked at some other vehicles and he replied "why did you even come here." Then we test drove one of your vehicles that was dirty and smelly. While test driving the vehicle, we told the salesman it was smelly in the backseat, he said "maybe you should just turn around." The salesman was very rude! Not a positive reflection of your dealership!!!
