Ahmad was our salesman and did a wonderful job showing us and explaining to us the details of the Volvo we purchased as well as getting us the most out of our trade in. We will definitely be back in the future with any new purchase.

my experience at Gunther. Volvo was great. This was largely due to my interaction with Jerry, in. the service department. He was very kind, helpful, and patient. He enjoys his job and it reflects how he treat the customers.

Once again, the Gunther service team has far exceeded expitations. I stopped by the Gunther Volvo service department yesterday to inquire about a recent over-the-air update to my car that did not appear to be working correctly. Jerry from service, took one look at it and agreed. Then without my asking, he said they could correct the problem right now if I had the time to spare. I said go ahead and in less than one hour, the software in my Volvo was updated/corrected, car washed, and I was on my way. Now that's what I call service and the reason we have leased 4 Volvo's (soon to be #5) from Gunther of Daytona. In my book, they are terrific. Dick Bielot, Orange City, FL

Took my SUV in for service was also expecting a loan car and they did not have one. Wait 45 minutes for a shuttle driver to go back to my home. Vehicle wasn’t going to be ready for four days so they were able to get me a loaner car. However, this meant I had to go back there by shuttle, which took about an hour of wait time. Then when I went to pick up the vehicle, they said it was done, it was not washed as requested. Fortunately Jerry noticed it and got the vehicle washed, not the best job, but at least it was cleaned to some extent. Next day I went shopping and put a shopping bag in the backseat on the floor, where I noticed a nick in the leather upholstery. This is the second time I found damage after picking up a car from Gunther Volvo. this two was under warranty, but you have to go to a separate agency in order to get the damage fixed, which is a true hassle. That being said, do not believe Gunther Volvo’s statements of making customer service a positive experience. I know because every time I’have brought my car in for service there was an issue when I picked it up. Once my warranty protection plans expire. I will be happy to get rid of my Volvo and never ever purchase a vehicle from any Gunther Dealership, especially Gunther of Daytona Beach. As they have the worst customer service I have ever seen in almost 50 years of purchasing vehicles.

The service was all on point. Our mechanic Cassandra took great care of the brake flush, oil change and front seatbelts recall brought by Jerey. All were done the same day and took not much long the wait at the dealer. The welcoming by Danny and the cashier's lady customer service were very good.

Convenient options for service appointments; great system for communicating timely upcoming service; professional, courteous and helpful staff throughout the Sales and Service teams. Great facility for waiting customers! Thank you!

Laurence is a great salesman, he was very knowledgeable, patient, accommodating and respectful. Albert was the sales manager and he is top notch. Finance manager was friendly and fast. The dealership was nice, clean and had good vibes. I am extremely satisfied woth my purchase. Thank you.
