We just purchased our 2008 Silverado 2500 Duramax, it was it great condition drives great. The sales guy, Jaron allowed us to test drive it and already had it cranked when we got out of the truck. After some consideration , we traded for it. Great service here! Highly recommend!

My experience at House of cars, Tyler, Texas it was exceptional! High quality, low mileage, very clean, luxury vehicles. The shopping experience was no pressure. Jaron allowed us to just drive and play with all the features in the vehicle and helped facilitate the financing. I was able to do it remotely from my office. While driving the vehicle home after the purchase, service light came on for the DEF fluid we called the next day. Logan had us bring the vehicle to his service center, which was a high-quality facility, and I will also be giving them a good review. Jaron stayed in contact throughout the process and house of cars, covered the expense of servicing the vehicle and making any repairs necessary to correct it. I am incredibly happy with the response, I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a quality, used car dealer with quality personnel , vehicles and service. I will be shopping them first next time I am in the market.

My recent experience at House of Cars was nothing short of disappointing. My excitement to own a Corvette quickly dissipated when I realized they had sold me a faulty vehicle and refused to help rectify the situation. Within just five days of purchasing the car, I had to refill the power steering unit twice with full bottles of fluid due to a broken high-pressure hose. This is not only a major inconvenience but also a significant safety concern that could have been easily avoided had House of Cars properly inspected and repaired the vehicle before selling it. I contacted House of Cars as soon as I noticed the issue, expecting them to take responsibility for the oversight and provide assistance with the repairs. However, I was sorely disappointed. The owner was dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to cover the cost of repairs or even offer any semblance of support. I do NOT recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from this Dealer.

I found house of cars online when I was looking around for a car. Never in the 34 years I've been alive have i felt so comfortable and confident with a car dealership. They never once pushed me to make a purchase and were so honest with me. Jarren is who sold me my car and he was amazing. Every person I came into contact with was genuine and honest. It took hours to get all my paperwork because of my lack of preparation and they were so patient. I will not get another vehicle any place other than house of cars. I have never come into contact with a salesman that didn't do whatever it took to make a sale. They are proud of their reputation and appreciate their customers and will go above and beyond to deliver customer satisfaction. With one purchase they gained loyal customers from my whole family.
