The service department can't seem to complete a repair, but they are very good at charging high prices and tacking on fees ("that they use to buy gloves and stuff for their workers"). The GM would not take or return my call; I was told that he is "super busy" (so am I BTW). I'll never buy from this dealership again, and I certainly won't waste more money on their "service" center. In fact, I would never again consider buying a Nissan after my experiences with Gray Daniels.

Not satisfied at all.
Not satisfied at all. I feel lied to about the vehicle condition. The vehicle has multiple maintenance and mechanical issues, and you still sold the vehicle to me. That’s basically vehicle fraud. I would like to speak with a manager. There were several errors in the paperwork of vehicle far as false mileage and vehicle was still sold. I would like to talk to manger or management about the issues. Please let me know a date and time that works for the manager. If f doesn't work, I’ll be happy to involve legal action

After acknowledging my interest in a vehicle. I filled out a credit application, which was run on my credit report with no response from this dealership as to whether or not, I was approved or declined.

Be Aware
2 days after I bought a vehicle from here, the a/c went out and they refused to pay to repair it or buy back the vehicle. They tried to charge me $1800 to fix it. It's been in service twice and I've had it 13 days. After arguing, they agreed to trade the vehicle for a new one, but still want me to pay for the leak in the a/c that was already there, and they tried to make my payment $800 a month on the trade. They also refused to apply our $1000 down payment to the new car. BTW Our credit scores were good, and they gave us 14% apr. I am in the process of getting 6% by refinancing, since I am stuck with it.

They tried to charge me $1800 to fix their lemon but I refused and they tried putting it on my extended warranty. After much arguing, they agreed to trade it but it was deceptive because I would have to pay for their pre-existing problem and also they refused to apply our $1000 down payment to a new car. On top of that, They tried to make the new car $800 a month, so we’d be paying for both car notes but only have 1 car. Also our credit scores were 720 and 640 and they gave us 14% interest. Please be aware.

Got me fixed right on up
I don’t like doing reviews but every time I have a service done at gray Daniels Nissan north I always get a request to do one. I was out running errands and taking my furbaby to the vet early Saturday morning November 19th. I had already had a notification on my dashboard for a couple days for low tire pressure and decided to stop by gas station to air up. I did good with 3 tires but the fourth tire i ended up bending the stem valve. A nice lady helped me put a spare on and I rushed to nissan dealership, fortunately it was open and about an hour or little longer they fixed it. I was so relieved. Had to go pickup my furbaby.

Don’t do it
Multiple issues arose while purchasing my car from here. And I mean MULTIPLE. The “manager” offered zero assistance. Actually, never met the guy as he wouldn’t even come out from his office to say hello. Really disappointing experience. I will say I also am at fault for not checking more thoroughly and assuming the car would function at least until I made it home that same evening! Not the case. The “solution” to this issue was so far from ideal, it’s laughable. Anyways, good luck to you if this is the spot you end up searching for your new car.

I thought I had a great car when I bought my car but
I thought I had a great car when I bought my car but turns out I got a lemon. When time to get my car serviced it’s a big headache I been trying to get my car serviced since March 2022 and it’s now April 2022 going into May. The staff was rude and told me to take my car to another dealership because they are a Nissan dealership and not a dodge dealership. I have been trying for the longest to reach a manager. At this point I’ve came to my last straw and moving forward with legal action.
