We always wanted something special with each vehicle & Mark always came up with what we wanted. We'd been looking for a blue CR-V EXL with all the desired options for some time. After checking the website multiple times, there was finally one available. We pulled onto the lot, spied the desired vehicle and were soon greeted by John Gould, who was eventually asked if he was the "funnest" salesperson because that's what I wanted to deal with. :) Not only was John FUN but so was Tod Ruble and Jason Miller. John always is concerned about making his customers happy and not what will give him the best commission. He gives you what you want not what he thinks you want. He also contacts us to make sure that everything is ok but does not bug you continually. The service department at Allan Nott has also been very efficient and customer friendly.

We went in looking for a van. Ty was very helpful and showed us exactly what we wanted to see. We had certain things in mind for our vehicle and we received exactly what we wanted. They called and found our van and within a fews days we were able to pick it up. We have been back for oil changes and everyone here is very helpful and friendly.
