Purchased a Honda Civic for my daughter and Toyota Tundra...

Purchased a Honda Civic for my daughter and Toyota Tundra for myself I was out looking to purchase a new truck and thought the Tundra price was going to be too high but it was very comparable to other models as far as price. Brian was very knowledgable about the quality of the Tundra and he sold me on it. Customer Service: I think there service is great and you could eat off the service floor, they keep things very clean Quality of work: A1 Friendliness: All employees I found to be very friendly Overall Experience: A1 Price: I would always like to pay less but they are very competitive

I have purchased my last four cars at Allan Nott, two...

I have purchased my last four cars at Allan Nott, two Hondas and two Toyotas. I live 45 minutes away from Lima and only 15 minutes from Findlay. There is a Toyota and Honda dealership in Findlay, but I prefer to purchase my cars from Allan Nott. In my opinion, Tom Pseekos considers what auto needs and wants will work best for his customers. I highly recommend working with Tom when purchasing or leasing a vehicle. The service department is also a very friendly and highly competent operation at the dealership--they strive to accomodate the customer and efficiently service vehicles. The shuttle service is also an added customer benefit that I appreciate. Allan Nott is a well-rounded, customer-focused dealership that I would highly recommend to anyone!

Overall my experience with Allan Nott and Stephen was...

Overall my experience with Allan Nott and Stephen was positive. I described the type of vehicle I was looking for and my price range, and over the course of a month or so, I received several calls to inform me of what came across the lot that fit my description. Stephen was very friendly and helpful overall, with my only complaint being that the specific car that I wanted was scheduled to go to auction the day that I just happened to stop into the dealership and I was never notified that the car was being prepared to leave the lot. My experience was overall positive, but it was by a stroke of luck that I got the car that I wanted.

Our family has purchased 5 vehicles from Allen Nott...

Our family has purchased 5 vehicles from Allen Nott Toyota Honda over the last 25 years. Our sales and service experiences have always been excellent. Our most recent purchase was 2 years ago when we bought a new Honda Fit with the assistance of Tom Pseekos. Tom listened closely to us when we expressed what we needed from a vehicle and was very patient explaining the features of the Fit. He even helped load our 2 bicycles through the rear hatch to ensure they could be transported w/out removing the front wheels. Our sales price was reasonable and he arranged delivery without delay. He contacted us approximately 2 weeks after purchase for appropriate follow up. We make a point to stop and see him when we have our vehicle in for service. I have recommended Tom Pseekos as a sales contact for my friends seeking a vehicle.

I was not a new car buyer and was on a very limited...

I was not a new car buyer and was on a very limited budget when I came to the dealership looking for a van to haul my 5 great grandchildren in. Lisa went above and beyond for me. While I was not a new car purchaser Lisa never made me feel that my purchase was not important and she took the time to work with me and my budget. If I am ever in the position to purchase a new car you can bet I will be buying it from her! I have sent others to her since then and she has given them the same treatment and help she gave me.

We had a great experience with Brian Barhorst at Allan...

We had a great experience with Brian Barhorst at Allan Nott Honda. He was very patient with us and listened to what we really wanted. We only drove a few cars before we decided to purchase a new Honda Accord and a used Scion XB. We chose to buy Honda and Scion because we felt they would last. It has been almost 2 years since our purchase and we are still extremely happy with our choices. The staff is always friendly as well. I have never had an issue with anyone or any service. We will be back when we decide to purchase again. Thanks for the excellent customer service!!!
