After weeks of searching for the right car.
After weeks of searching for the right car. I just purchased my 2018 Volvo XC90 with Jordan and he was phenomenal. He was very understanding and handled our concerns with ease. Highly recommend working with him and others. Also Philip made my experience here truly exceptional, thanks to Jordan and phiIip.

I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue SV with only
I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue SV with only 12,000 miles through IMOTO, and the experience was unlike any car buying process I’ve ever had — in the best possible way. At first, I was hesitant. The concept is unique: you connect with IMOTO on your computer while they share their screen and give you access to thousands of vehicles available at auction. You select the car you want, set your maximum price, and they attempt to purchase it for you. If successful, they add a flat $3,500 fee plus a very low $199 dealer fee — no hidden costs, no complicated add-ons. What impressed me most is that their fee is the same whether you’re buying a $10k car or an $80k car, making the pricing structure transparent and fair compared to traditional dealers. Even though IMOTO also keeps about 80 cars on their physical lot in Walpole, the real advantage is the huge online selection that changes daily. If you don’t win the auction or the car goes past your budget, you can simply try again the next day with a new option. I’ll admit I was skeptical about wiring money and just waiting for a car to show up. Some online reviews raised similar concerns, so I voiced this to my salesperson, Jordan. To my surprise, the CEO, Philip, personally called me to explain the process and address my concerns. He even offered to buy the car first, have it shipped and detailed, and let me pay upon delivery if I was satisfied. That level of trust sealed the deal for me. My wife and I chose the Rogue, and within five days — over Labor Day weekend, no less — the car was delivered to my driveway in New Hampshire. Two of Philip’s employees arrived with the vehicle, which looked even better than advertised. We were honestly surprised and elated at how spotless the car was — it looked showroom new. I still don’t know how they managed to get it purchased, transported from Illinois, cleaned, detailed, and delivered so quickly, but they did. I wrote the check, signed the paperwork, and the whole process was smooth, honest, and straightforward. Now, let me talk about the value. Before this, I had spent weeks researching Rogues at countless dealerships and online listings. What I discovered was shocking: even a 2021 base model S trim was selling for more than what I paid for my 2023 SV. And based on the mileage, condition, and features my car came with, I know I would have easily spent thousands more — easily $8k higher — anywhere else. Getting a newer, higher-trim Rogue at this price felt like an absolute win, and it confirmed for me that IMOTO’s model really does save buyers money. From start to finish, IMOTO exceeded my expectations. The transparency, professionalism, and personal touch (especially from Philip) turned what felt like a risky experiment into the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. If you’re hesitant like I was, don’t be. IMOTO is the real deal, and I couldn’t be happier with my car and the entire process.

My experience with Imotobank has been terrible - from not
My experience with Imotobank has been terrible - from not valuing a warranty to ill repair. The discovery of this dealership was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made in life. 8 months of battling for my legal rights at this point. They even caused interior damage to the car because I expressed my legal rights. My family was sold two vehicles that should have been deemed unfit for sale. The first vehicle was sold with engine issues and the second has a bad transmission. On top of this the salesman hid the vehicle history plus said there was no reported accident. I found out recently that there’s two accidents. The owner neglected to find the proper materials to fix the vehicles in a timely manner since October 2024. I think consumers should be able to file for extension of warranties when dealerships neglect repairs. When I went back to the mechanic shop looking for assistance on the damage they caused…the owner threatened to call the police, and did. I simply asked how do I remove the dye transferred to the leather seats? What a waste of our law enforcement’s time. Somehow they transferred dye onto the seats from clothing, or another material. The mechanic also got his black fingerprints smudged all over the interior roof. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I saw a car in an ad, called the seller, agreed on a meeting. I arrived at the appointed time, they told me that the car was fine, that they would show it to me now. After 10 minutes of waiting, they brought a completely different car to the office and said that the car I chose was sold and offered to look at another one. I refused, I consider these dealers to be scammers and fraudsters. I do not recommend anyone to contact them. You will lose your time and money! I would really like the police to deal with these sellers.

After talking to three other dealerships… Phillip
After talking to three other dealerships… Phillip Ibrahim, after talking to three other dealership owners in your area in the past three days, (I have bought many cars over the years; I know the industry and some of the owners), you do not have a good reputation with your cohorts. Nothing particularly different between your management approach to the automobile business and many of the used car lots you see on Rte. 44 in Taunton. A typical review (also posted here at DealerRater) captures who you are (the son of a pastor), and how you do business: “I write this because my other one was deleted. These guys have no soul. They are bald faced crooks. They sold me a car with a salvage title and did not tell me. I'm working on it. Been through the Atty general, consumer affairs, and a lawyer. The salesman said he "Wants to Help". That means he wants to help himself. It makes me wonder how many defective cars they've sold, then upsold the rube into another sketchy car, then 'rinse and repeat'. Thing is, I spoke to a private lawyer, he told me my successful case might cost more than the $16K I paid for it. Come to find out, the car is only worth up to $8K. There is no doubt they sold it illegally. Hyundai Motors of America had already bought back the car, then sold it as salvage at auction. These guys bought it and sold it to me--Quiet as a mouse about the transmission that had been the subject of a $41 Million recall. Hyundai couldn't fix it, so bought them back. (But they will fix it for me for $4500). Imotobank sold it to me with warmth, prayers and a smile! Oh. Those complimentary reviews??? Look at the tone of the complaining ones, then look at the complimentary ones... Made up. Lies. I'm an old, retired guy on SS and disability, trying to make ends meet doing the occasional UBER thing. Heck. Attacking the weak might just be their strong suit.” You might get one such review from a disgruntled customer, but not, say, twenty (20). Customers do not like what you are doing. That is on you Phillip. Full stop, mate. My thoughts about you and your business integrity: 1. You delivered me a bad car (i.e. timing chain, windscreen, headliner, etc.) for $14,000. Bottom feeder car and bottom feeder deal. That is on you Phillip. xxxxe. 2. I take full responsibility for the title issues with the Mustang. You told me five times (I counted and took contemporaneous notes) that Navigant would make you whole. You snitched me out to get paid. Without a discussion. That is, you, Phillip. 3. You started to make the same play for the $3,200.00 owed for the Porsche: “I could just call Wells Fargo and get made whole.” That is, you, Phillip. 4. Offering me a scrap heap truck to appease me so that you could be “made whole” on the Porsche. That is your version of “generosity” so that it will take the edge off when you snitch out the 2017 Porsche— “to be made whole.” Phillip, my friend (the owner of iMotoBank Dealership) some piece of humanity is missing from you. You have failed—and you know you have. Your dad asked me 25 years ago to help you after your uncle closed his business. I said yes. You conduct yourself and, apparently, your business like a bazaar--slippery and belligerent—the customer as how much money they have to take. You don't own and manage a company, you use the business to express a deep personal contempt for those who come to your business to put trust in you. And you call your self a 'man of G-d'?

The guys at Imotobank are all fabulous!
The guys at Imotobank are all fabulous! The buying process was fun & painless. They really listened to what I wanted and were good about staying in my budget. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me at all. Their website says "Relationship first" and I would say that's 100% accurate. I highly recommend buying a car from them!

Called on Thursday afternoon and asked about a vehicle.
Called on Thursday afternoon and asked about a vehicle. Yes, we have it! Told them what time the next day I would arrive...got there...car was on another lot. I even heard the sales guy asking on the phone if it was showable or not? Just left...it amazes me how awful in general car sales people are.
