I came away feeling that I had a good deal, friendly and knowledgeable service and a beautiful new car. It appeared to me that the philosophy at Toyota of Keene is to create an enjoyable experience for the customer, which it did. After I told others of my experience, some said to me that they will only deal with Toyota of Keene! I do see why.

Before this experience, I didn't think I would ever rate a car dealership 5 stars. Over time I've come to despise the car buying process and dread it every time I have to replace a vehicle. Thankfully, the team at Toyota of Keene renewed my hope that buying a car does not have to be an awful experience. They made it simple, quick, and painless from beginning to end; the only dealership I tried to work with that provided not only great modern service but also a great price up front without having to play the usual games. I didn't even have to go to the dealership until the evening I drove off with the vehicle, which was nice because I drove over an hour to do business with them. Cathy G started the great experience by responding quickly to my internet request for a quote, focused on understanding the specifics I was looking for, and provided the out-the-door price as requested. They didn't have the exact model and color I was looking for, so they arranged a swap with another dealership and got the vehicle in a couple days. Joel R. then took over and worked out the details for our appointment to pick up the vehicle. He had the vehicle prepped and ready to go before we got there, answered all our questions, and was also great to work with. Joel and Branko K (the business manager that walked us through the final paperwork and options clearly and without any pressure) had us in and out of there quick enough that our two children were still keeping themselves entertained at the building block table in the showroom! Had a great experience working with Toyota Volvo of Keene. All of the representatives there, from the service counter to the sales showroom, are the best people, very friendly, helpful, caring, really knowledgeable and seem to be totally interested in what they are doing. They are never underhanded or dishonest in what they say and do, very refreshing and confidence-inspiring. "Trustworthy" isn't something I could ever say before about anyone in the auto industry, but these people all seem to be genuinely honest and caring about their work with everyone. Randy Filiault is absolutely the BEST sales rep. I have ever dealt with, friendly, fun, extremely knowledgeable, but never arrogant or condescending. I told him I wish he was our neighbor! He gave us expert advice, explaining with infinite patience the unknowns to us about our new hybrid and the technology of the dashboard, and gave us unlimited time to figure things out. I give him the highest recommendation possible!

Our salesperson, Joel Robinson, knows his stuff; he is perceptive and helpful and through the entire selecting and purchasing adventure my wife and I were comfortable with the pace and process. He could, it would seem, anticipate our needs and questions. He has a very easy-going manner matched with a sharp and sequential mind - when we picked up our new car he introduced the technical features of the car in a clear and succinct way, even helping us program some of the vehicles bluetooth and computer accessed features. Phew, what a blessing.

Volvo of Keene is a first class sales/service dealership. I've dealt with many and this one can't be beat. The sales rep that worked with me could not have been better informed about the vehicle/options, the service department is great, and the business office makes the transaction transparent and easy. Nothing is left to chance. This is the 7th Volvo my wife and I have bought over the course of the last two decades and we've had nothing but excellent treatment.
