Let me preface this review with some background on me.

Let me preface this review with some background on me. I am a person who conducts himself in a manner of yesteryear. I believe when someone makes an agreement that the agreement is honored. One where a handshake is a guarantee you can take to the bank. I ran a successful business for 12 years and anyone who did business with me would tell you my word is gold. As such I have the same expectation of “reputable” businesses. First the good: I was able to pull up into the dealership, park my vehicle and walk completely around and under the 1955 Buick that had been on the lot for over a year. I even interacted with another potential buyer of the Buick before being acknowledged by any sales staff. After about 45 minutes of going through this vehicle, yes 45 minutes, she is a large car with lots of issues. The sales girl Teresa approaches. She offers the keys which I agree. She brought the keys and agreed to a test drive. Nothing at this point is mentioned about the fuel gauge being broken. My wife, Teresa the sales girl, and I slide up front and proceed to take it for a drive. The bad: We make it about 1/2 mile or less from the dealership and the car dies at the intersection and it will not start back. After Teresa tries to call 3 different people at the dealership that we can see clearly from the intersection, someone finally agrees to bring fuel. We all get to work to put fuel in the car, and after some sputters she comes back to life. We pull back up to the dealership and mention doing a possible trade for it. Teresa went inside and came back saying they would consider it so we go inside. At this point we are met with the internet sales manager Johnny Baker. We have photos of our trade, a 2013 Chevy Silverado 4x4. It’s high mileage and does need tires but these facts are clearly stated at that time. I also let Johnny know it is a Chickasaw Nation vehicle and has been serviced religiously. He asks what I want on it and I tell him 1000 and the Buick. He goes back to the big boss and comes back and says he can’t do that but they would consider a straight trade. I let him know that I wasn’t interested and went on my way. They also start showing the vehicle to mystery shoppers that were suddenly looking at the Buick. That felt very suspicious as a pressure tactic. After thinking about the Buick I decided to reach out to discuss the straight trade, vehicle for vehicle. I speak to Teresa again who places me on hold to verify with Johnny that a trade for trade would happen. She states that if my vehicle was what was represented then that would happen. I stressed that I live over an hour away and if I load it up I don’t want to be jerked around. She was so confident that a deal would happen that she said she would buy my fuel if the deal wasn’t made. Now the Ugly: I arrive at the dealership with my vehicle in tow; as the Buick isn’t fit for long distance travel ( wheel adapters, ancient tires). We get out of our vehicle and go to look around the Buick again. We go inside to get started on the paperwork. Then Johnny comes in and has a paper with 1000 and our truck. We get up to leave. We had given the VIN the day before so all the numbers could have and were most likely pulled the day before. We told him no under no uncertain terms we had been told car for car and they had backtracked. We would only do trade straight across and would not pay a document fee. He goes back and comes back and says they will not take off the documentation fee. So we go to leave but as a matter of principle ask about the fuel cost. Johnny goes to ask Dakota about the fuel and I ask to speak to Dakota myself. He agrees so I go back.Dakota says he will not be giving me fuel money and proceeds to berate me when I let him know I would be leaving a very honest review. TLDR: Patriot Honda of Ardmore does not honor their word. I understand not making deals, but when a business says that they will do something and takes time from my day to come back and not do any

I bought a 25 Sentra in March.

I bought a 25 Sentra in March. They never mentioned the car had been wrecked. Within a week it started coming apart. Parts were falling off as I was driving down the road. I contacted my salesman, Johnny baker, who said there was nothing they could do. I had the undercarriage put back in place and the bumper started falling off. Then the hood came loose. I had it put back together again. That's when the whole front end collapsed, the tires blew out and I contacted him again just to be ignored. I went to the dealership and Johnny hid from me. He sent another sales guy out to tell me there was nothing they could do, sorry about my luck. The car is now being completely restored for the small sum of $3,800.00. I can't trade it in, it's worthless. I owe $20k. This place has dozens of lawsuits against them, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
