Ripped Off!!!
I had my SUV totaled by a truck thus I sought online for a truck. This dealership told me the truck I wanted had leather seats. Bought it and discovered after delivery that it didn’t have leather seats which I needed for my animals. Had a concussion and back injury so I wasn’t able to check it out. Afterwards, I contacted them and they did absolutely nothing! Don’t trust them, they don’t care about you, only their bottom line!

Rocky Black the finance manager, Jeff and Paul- I can't say enough good things about! We're in Texas and bought a Ram 3500 through them that we financed commercially for our business. We were nothing but a thorn in their side for everything that had to be done but they went above and beyond to make everything happen. From getting a gooseneck installed, dealing with our trade in, working with our own finance guy, to getting the truck weighed they did more than they had to and worked their tails off! We will definitely keep an eye on their inventory in the future and buy from y'all again because I know the job will get done right and without a fuss. Best dealership experience I've ever had. They're the dream team!

Awful experience.
Awful experience. Was simply trying to buy a car and they were just trying to pile up charges and then tried to blame me and say you just want us to include everything in the price. They proceed to yell at me via text (all caps) horribly handled and very shady. Not my idea of a Patriot at all.

RUNNN! BAIT AND SWITH
BAIT AND SWITCH xxxx! THESE GUYS ARE ALL TRASH- DISHONEST AND MANIPULATIVE. They lied about my interest rate. They charged ridiculous unnecessary fees in the finance office. Would not give me a straight answer on any vehichle without sitting down to sign on the line first. Acted as if making a 30K decision should have been less work for them. Don't inconvenience them with letting them rob you xxx blind....I still have no title to my vehicle or registration after 6 weeks...

Patriot Honda Bait and Switch policy cost us 5500
Patriot advertised a vehicle for 14,500 and changed the price to 18,000. We had a 3000 down-payment on the 14,500 which put it below loan value. Patriot increased the price to 18,000 and credited my trade of 3,000 to make the price after down payment 500 higher than it was listed for. When we addressed it they said the bank required them to add 3500 in finance fees, separate from the 1000 GAP and 3,000 down. Avoid at all costs. We were repeat customers here until today.

Bait and switch tactics.
Bait and switch tactics. Do not trust them. We were told a vehicle was in house, by stock number. Made arrangements to drive 4 hours to purchase vehicle. Later found out the vehicle was never there and won’t be in for over 2 weeks.
