I wasn’t satisfied with the final price of the Mazda

I wasn’t satisfied with the final price of the Mazda Miata I bought. The salesperson is a crook. He increase the price of the car over one thousand dollar and lied about the price. Told me the service and maintenance was included with the original price of the car. I shouldn’t have bought it, but my husband wanted it so badly, so I agreed to buy it. So my suggestion to anyone shopping at Metro Mazda have a recorder with you so when you talk to the salesperson and finance person you will have information regarding the sale of the car and make sure you keep the sales invoice on the car, to have in your possession the total price of the car. Do not trust the sales person or finance person at Metro Mazda. Don’t trust any of them even the manager.

Metro Mazda of Mesquite work’s magic

I test drove a CX30 last Monday at Metro Mazda of Mesquite and I liked the car but I wanted to compare other makes and models. I tried two different Chevrolet dealers one had a lot of information the second not so much. I was driving a Chevrolet Traverse and I wanted to downsize. I decided to give a second look to the CX30 . Ashley my product specialist gave the in’s and out’s about CX30 so we test drove the CX30 and I loved the car. She took my information gave to the finance department they worked to get approval but couldn’t but they suggested a step to the CX50 which is still smaller than the Traverse so I said sure and I like the car. The finance got the deal done. I am very happy with my New CX50. I like to point out how knowledgeable Ashley is with the products and she is very professional and courteous. Thank you Ashley and Metro Mazda of Mesquite

Sales person was ok

Sales person was great but they added 1900 worth of things that were not needed. Then when I went to finance they tried to force me to purchase extra insurance coverage.

Manager is AWFUL !!

The manager, Jeffrey is AWFUL. I was looking for a used car and pre- approved with Capital One. I was shocked by his horrible customer service. Shop somewhere else!!

Sheisty Pricing Practices

This dealership adds so many high priced dealer options to their vehicles that it increases the total price tremendously. The CX5 we looked at was a Preferred package, but they added $7K of “stuff” that made it more expensive than the Premium Plus package. Totally non-value added options. I wouldn’t (and didn’t) buy anything from them.

Not so safe after all

This dealership sold me a 2022 Mazada cx-30 in February. I haven't even had the car 6 weeks, and my tired blew out on me while driving. Due to this I had to get a new tire, only to find out that the tires that were placed on my brand new vehicle are discontinued tires, and there are only 47 of those tires available in the NATION! I have had a spare on since Saturday, and my tire is not set to arrive until Saturday April 9th! One whole week to wait for a tire and not drive my car. Please be careful when buying a car from Mazada, although they may be the #1 rated safety vehicle, they use UNSAFE and discontinued tires on their BRAND new vehicles!

Dishonest

I’m usually not one to leave reviews, however, I had to come back a few months after dealing with this dealership to hopefully help someone else avoid the experience that my family and I endured. This was one of the worst car buying experiences I’ve ever been through. Ryan turned what should have been an exciting first purchase of a new car into a horrible experience. From his dishonesty, to the way he belittled and talked down to my family and I. I understand salesmen have jobs to do and some things are just a part of it, but this guy was awful. I would however like to thank Tae for his patience. His boss, Ryan, could learn from him. It was horrible. So bad that we left in the middle of Ryan trying to get us to overpay for a vehicle we didn’t even want and went to another location. I would highly recommend Mazda in Richardson, TX if you’re looking for a Mazda dealership in the area and want to be treated with dignity. Avoid this place if at all possible.

Great Experience!!

I’ve bought a lot of vehicles from this location and have a great experience every time! They made it very easy and enjoyable! The sales woman, Marnia took the time with me to go over everything and make sure I had a great experience! I will always get my cars here!!

Oil change and tire rotation

Went in for routine maintenance. My vehicle was immediacy serviced and I was out in about an hour. The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean.
