Schimmer Hyundai

This place has gone way down hill in recent year. I don't know if they are under new management or what. Took my car here for an oil change. Paid 4xs what I would have at local mechanic but I wanted it done right so that was ok. A month later there is absolutely no oil in my engine and the oil cap is so loose that I could take it off by hand. Business made zero efforts to reach out to me and make things right. I will never take my car here again. Even if there's a recall, I'll travel to a different Hyundai dealership. This place just wants your money.

Pat was easy to reach by phone. He quickly returned calls. He was extremely patient with me and stayed late on multiple occasions for me to complete my thorough car shopping.

Didn't want to work with me on pricing " one just sold a few days ago and this one will sell fast also" I felt that if i didn't buy the car it was no big deal because it would of sold to someone else within a week or so.

The reason I keep coming back to your dealership is because of your salesman John king. I always dreaded going into a dealership because of pushy, dishonest, not knowledgeable of the cars they are selling, salesman.
