Integrity and honesty

The reason I keep coming back to your dealership is because of your salesman John king. I always dreaded going into a dealership because of pushy, dishonest, not knowledgeable of the cars they are selling, salesman. I finally found one I trust, and highly respect and that is why I bought 5 vehicles from him and will continue to and recommend him to my friends and clients. You have an asset in your company.

ANYTHING SO THEY DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THERE MISTAKES

Worst buying experience i have ever had. Bought a 2014 Lincoln from Schimmer the car had a warranty til 50,000 miles. At around 47,000 miles i started to hear a noise when turning corners. First off when i bought the car the salesman stated numerous times that if you bought a Lincoln and you ever needed your car worked on you WILL get a Lincoln as a loaner no matter what. This my friends is a LIE the will however give you a crappy small Ford Focus instead. Both times i brought my Lincoln in this is what i received. Ok back to the noise so i brought it in explaining i heard a noise they kept the car and found nothing. So a month or so later i get in the car only to find the steering isn't working properly had it towed to Schimmer this time they found the problem which was common sense as the steering wouldnt work that it was a steering problem. By this time the warranty just ran out as the car just was over 50,000 miles. So because there mechanics couldn't find the issue the first time i brought it in they were not going to honor the fact that i brought it in when it was still under warranty and they couldn't find the problem then. I was on the hook for the over $2000 repair they would not pay a dime of it. There explanation was that i didnt state what,the exact problem was when i brought it in the first time. Well Schimmer i am not a MECHANIC i brought it in to you to figure that out. This was my first and last car i will buy At SCAMMER oops i mean Schimmer. They did everything in there power to make sure they didn't have to pay for the repair.

Excellent customer service

I was amazed with the excellent customer service. I was treated with great respect and was given an excellent deal . The sales manager spent time with me and my husband had well has my sales consultant., because of these two fine gentlemen I will remain a customer at schimmers

Thankful!

How do you explain the helpfulness of a dealership who went the extra mile to help me? They drove me from the service dept. entrance to the sales department entrance, because I couldn't do the steps. When I asked Mario not to call me, I would call him when I felt up to it. He understood and didn't pressure. When I had the 2012 car serviced while I worked on the purchase with the sales dept., the service representative made several trips to update me on the service, take my credit card & return with the documents. When it was obvious I was in pain, Mario retrieved cars, drove them to me and generally made sure I was ok through this process.

My Hyundai Review

The whole experience was great. I went to look at a used car at the dealership and ended up purchasing a new Hyundai Tucson. My sales person was very knowledgable about all the different vehicles at the dealership. He quickly assessed my needs and showed me vehicles that met those needs. I will definitely buy from that dealership again.
