Rude and scratched my car very rude people
Took my car too get fixed ,got it back with a 3 inch scratch ,they denied it and was rude about it.30,000 camero new and now has a 3 inch scratch .they want me to pay for the part and free labour.thats bs they told me that's the best offer .I would ever never advise anyone to buy or service your car there

Pleasant experience
My oil change was handled in a timely manner. The people involved were polite and cordial. I didn't have to wait long and the whole experience was a good one.

Going cross country
We needed help with shifting problem and Don Hardcastle knew right away what the problem was. Our car was loaded down with luggage and our cat. Don went out of his way to make sure we and the cat were comfortable while he took care of the car

Ken Adam's great!
Ken Adam's is a great service advisor. He makes my day everytime I have to come to Route 66. I have previously had nothing but trouble with Route 66. Ken brought me back to being a service customer. He is the only reason I return. He takes great care of his people.

Needed help out of state
Traveling back east and having trouble getting shift into park. Stopped at your place. Spoke to Don Hardcastle in service who took care of us on the spot. He was able to get the part and get us back on road. Friendly and professional service.

They worked with me and kept in touch with what as going on thru the whole process. I was disappointed that everything from my cubbie hole was scattered all over the drivers side floor.

Excellent service
It took me less than 5 minutes to get my car checked in and in no time my car was ready for pick up. I've always had such great service and they do an awesome job. Everyone is so friendly and treats all their customers with respect. I will be looking forward to seeing everyone for my next oil change.
