I want to say Hal Smith is the best. He gave me all the ins and outs of my warranty when I signed up in Jan 2024; and when ever I have a question, he is upfront and honest. And he returns his calls. This makes for great customer service!! Give him a RAISE!!

I was very hesitant to purchase a car after previous experiences, but I am so glad I came to T-Town Chevy! Jacob was amazing, and I will always recommend him! He is very patient, professional, and kind—going above and beyond throughout the entire process and after the sale. We came in to look at a specific car, and left with it same day. I've been to T-Town Chevrolet a few times during my car
I've been to T-Town Chevrolet a few times during my car buying process. Everyone was always helpful, friendly and patient. When I decided to buy Jacob got the process started. He answered all my questions and was honest when he didn't know the answer but made it a point to ask someone. Chad was the finance person, he explained the entire process. I also met with Farouq (not if I'm spelling his name right, but he had beautiful body art) one of the sales managers, they all helped make the process smooth and easy for me.
