Clean, quick, and easy. No hassle, transparent, and straight forward. Very pleasant purchase experience. And this is coming from a hardcore brand loyal Ford guy. We worked with Daniel Martinez, and he’s by far one of the best salesmen I’ve worked with in my life. He made the process easy and enjoyable. We were laughing and smiling the majority of our visit.

Great Salesman. Detail of vehicle was sub par and the finance person took a very long time to get the paperwork together. Took 5 hours to buy this vehicle and out the door

They were very nice and helpful.
They were very nice and helpful. I didn't plan on buying a car that day. My old car died, so I had to hurry and buy a car. Jasmine, her trainee and her husband (who works there, too) helped me move a TON of stuff from my old car to my new one. It would have taken me forever to move it all by myself. And no, I don't live in my car...it just looked like it! Anyway, they went above and beyond to help me. Jasmine has checked in with me a couple of times since to make sure everything was ok. Thank you Jasmine and Jim Norton T-Town Chevrolet for helping me on a stressful day. Oh, and thank you Hal for being patient with me when I was deciding about my warranty. 😁
