Claremont toyota damaged the paint on my wheels on my new
Claremont toyota damaged the paint on my wheels on my new 4runner. I took it in for the first service which included wheel rotation. The technician who performed the work, damaged the silver paint finish adjacent to the lugs. Claremont Toyota doesn't care about you or your vehicle. Only separating you from your $$$.

I was insulted
I went in to buy a Tundra. The salesman said he had to check my credit before a test drive. Salesman said he wanted to make sure I can afford the car. The dealership does want people put miles on the cars that are not approved. I find his policy offensive and I will never shop at this dealership.

They suck
This dealership luvs 2 make u wait all xxxx day 4 any service!! They dont give a s*** that u may have other things 2 do, or have a life. Ive been here for an 1 3/4 hrs, just waiting 2 find out what the xxxx is wrong w/my car. I hate this place so much!!

Amazing Experience!
I’m completely satisfied with the amazing customer service I received when purchasing my new Toyota GR86. My salesperson, Ernesto, went above and beyond to make it a painless purchase. Felix, in financing, made it quick and easy to fill out the paperwork for the loan and the sales manager, Richard Lopez, answered all of my questions after the purchase to insure my experience was great. Thanks to everyone on the team, Ernesto, Felix, Richard, and Herman. I’ve bought cars from Porsche, Audi, Ford, Nissan, and Hyundai, and this was by far the easiest, most stress free purchase, thanks to those guys! Deceitful business?
I had been searching for a used Toyota Prius Plug-in when I received an alert letting me know that one of the vehicles I saved had a price drop! Score I said and contacted the stealership, (oops, autocorrect went rouge!) for an appointment. Derrick ‘Done Deal” Bates and Joseph Zepeda both replied letting me know the car was available and even received 2 pictures via email to confirm. My wife and I headed out and received a call on the way from Joseph letting me know the car would be disinfected and ready for a test drive. We arrived at the dealership lobby where I asked for Derrick or Joseph. Derrick met us within 10 minutes but said he was with another client and Joseph would help. Ok - that works. He led us outside to look for the car. It had been a bit overcast so, we didn’t mind the search. He opened a car that was similar but I pointed out that this was not the one we had inquired about. Though Joseph had opened everything on this car at this point. The search continued. Finally came across the 2015 Prius in pearl white and leather interior. Yes I know. It’s not real leather! This was certified preowned which was a reason to purchase. We went fora quick drive. The car had 57k and in very good condition. We quickly went to the showroom to talk about the deal. The car was advertised on both, their own website and on cars.com as $12,100. The window sticker was $16,997 but both websites had signage highlighting the reduced price. I asked Joseph for the outdoor price since this was a cash deal. Very simple. He looked a bit puzzled and asked me to show him what price I had. Showed him my cell with the price of $12,100 He said he had to step out to see his manager who returned with Francisco after about to minutes. Francisco said the advertised price was in error and had let the vendor know to correct the error. He said business was slow so they hired new ad streams to sell more. So, he said he was willing to cut an ‘break” for the mistake and sell it for $15,900 plus taxes and fees. Almost $4,000! He said the car wholesaled for $16,100 so it was an amazing deal. My response? I don’t buy at wholesale and not interested in anything but the bottom price. He said his offer was firm. No point in wasting our time and energy. So we got up and as we said thank you, Francisco asked me to dial his cell number so that I can call him directly should we change our mind. Really? This was just wrong in my opinion and they should have done more than just say it was an error. Own it.
