Strangest car buying experience of my life.

Strangest car buying experience of my life. Weird vibe from the salesman the moment we walked in, as if it didn’t matter if we there or not. But we got to drive some nice trucks. Found one that we wanted to deal on, only to be told after our test-drive that he couldn’t sell it because of an open recall that couldn’t be fixed. Decided to ask the price on the first truck we drove. Had to give him the keys to our trade before he’d give us the price. Fully expected the price to be out of reach and the trade offer to be low balled. Imagine my surprise when he returned with the truck’s price at 10% lower than the window sticker AND an offer on the trade $3k ABOVE the figure I planned to use when starting negotiations. Needless to say, negotiations were brief! The paperwork was signed and we drove home in a new truck. All in about three hours.

Pretty stellar purchasing a used, certified 2022 Tacoma from Faith’s. Every step was well managed with great communication. Maurice was a blast to work with as my sales person. They were knowledgable, courteous, extremely helpful, and had some really fun stories to tell along the way. It made the whole sale feel very relaxed, but not in a way that someone is trying to hide something from you. It was an honest, easy and positive interaction. Consider yourself lucky if you get Maurice! Honestly would go back to hear more of their stories. Faith’s overall was clean, bright, and welcoming. Absolutely worth hauling down from Bristol VT to make this purchase!

We had a fantastic painless (if you can say that with car prices) experience. Maurice, Colby and the team were very accommodating and worked within our budget. We purchased a 2025 Tundra Limited Hybrid and a 2025 RAV4 Limited.

I just leased a 2025 tundra this place is great the sales

I just leased a 2025 tundra this place is great the sales people are very friendly and I would recommend asking for copper he's very helpful and had my phone connected to the app answered all my questions . If anybody is looking for a new truck or car I would make the trip to faith's toyota ford.love this place

Good luck with your trade in. They offered me $25000 on my ‘21 Tacoma -TRD Off Road - in excellent condition with like new tires that are much better than what Toyota puts on them as stock. When I told them that was insulting and I was already offered 32,500, the sales manager said I “better go get it” as if I was lying. He kept asking who offered me that. I told him it wasn’t his business and it isn’t. Right now they have a 2022 Tacoma on their lot, asking price? $33,395. Yeah, it’s a year newer but it is an SR5, ( two trim levels lower than my TRD OFF ROAD) and has 43,544 miles. More than twice the mileage my truck has! I even took the time to email the sales manager to express my amazement that they could run a dealership like this. Explaining that they had a sale in the bag and completely blew it - out of pure, unadulterated greed. No response. The “internet sales mgr” texted me this morning although it was probably an automated text asking if I had any questions. I briefly repeated my concerns. No response. Do your research, folks. I know I’d walk before I ever buy a vehicle from this place.
