New truck purchase

Good buying experience. Chad and the management team were professional and easy to work with. Chad took the time to answer my questions and felt no pressure from him during the process. I recommend giving them a chance before shopping out of town. I was pleasantly surprised!

Purchase vehicle

BUYER BEWARE

WHERE DID THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GO THAT WE HAD WITH JACK BOWKER FORD. If I could have left 0 stars I would have. It made me pick at least one. My family has bought several cars from Jack Bowker Ford. We have gone in twice since the switch to Stuteville and WHAT A JOKE. First Time was not honest about the price of the car. They gave the price with rebates already removed my guess is so they could scam us into the sell. Then refused to give the keys to our car back when we were ready to leave. I tried to give them a second chance because we have bought at least 7 cars from the sales guy. Guess what AGAIN FAILURE. This time they "sold" the car we were looking at before we got there and wanted to guess what... sell us a car that was more expensive $6000 more to be exact. How could they have sold the other one when everytime we went to look ERIC was driving it.....hmmmmmm. If it sounds fishy its because it is. My guess another scam to let him keep driving the car and me to buy the more expensive one. NO THANK YOU. SHOP PONCA FIRST.....NO CAN DO WITH BUSINESS LIKE THIS. SO SAD. BRING CORY BACK. BRING HONEST BACK. NEW OWNERS GET A CLUE YOU CAN'T TREAT PEOPLE LIKE TRASH IN A SMALL TOWN.

Tamra was very easy to work with. Eric helped us with finance. Justin walked us through Ford Pass and was very knowledgeable. Everyone was so polite and friendly, would definitely recommend!
