He was incredibly attentive and took care of me right away, making the whole experience a breeze. Seriously, you won’t find better service than at Nissan in Garden City! Andy went above and beyond, and I truly believe dedicated representatives like him deserve some recognition—such as a well-deserved raise! His empathy and commitment to customers makes all the difference! Special thanks to Ravi and Marcos for replacing my tailight!

I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for 15 years, buying multiple cars here and always trusting the process. That trust has now been completely destroyed. This was, without a doubt, the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had — and that’s saying something given my history with them. From the very beginning, I was misled about the pricing just to get me into the dealership. What should have been a straightforward conversation turned into hours of stalling, vague answers, and tactics designed to waste my time and wear me down. The most infuriating part? They insisted on running a credit check just to discuss pricing — something that should have been made clear upfront without needing to run my credit at all. I agreed, against my better judgment, because I trusted my salesman after all these years. That trust was clearly misplaced. Once I was there, they repeatedly tried to upsell me on things I didn’t want or need, adding pressure at every turn, while avoiding direct answers to my questions about final costs. Every time I asked for clarity, I was met with dodges, excuses, or outright lies. This isn’t just poor service — it’s manipulative and unethical behavior. The dealership treated me like a first-time walk-in they could play games with, completely disregarding the fact that I’ve been a dedicated customer for over a decade. I walked in expecting to be treated with respect and honesty based on a relationship I thought we had built over years of business. Instead, I was lied to, manipulated, and made to feel like a fool for trusting them. I won’t be back — and I strongly advise anyone thinking of shopping here to think twice before subjecting yourself to the same treatment.

Horrible service the worst dealership I've been too tried to sell me back my lease saying the dealership needs to get their money back. Literally leased from them, luckily knew to go through nmac then keep dealing with these crooks time and time again there have been constant class actions against this place. Take your business elsewhere westbury was also part of the class action in 2024 and featured on seven on your side these guys are crooks

One of our mutual customers recently brought their vehicle in for repairs, and the team here completed the job quickly and efficiently especially Terrence, the service advisor. The customer was back on the road in less than 7 days. Excellent service and communication throughout the process—our customer couldn’t be happier.
