In capable of making an out of state purchase happen. They refused to do a deal unless buyer shows up to dealership in person. Only dealership in my life who has not been able to do a proper notarized out of state identity verification. Amateur operation. Lied to my family members and said they could do the identity verification via Zoom. Then said transaction was flagged for fraud and buyer had to come in person. Without ever doing any identity verification or Zoom call they promised. If you are an out of state buyer. Do not waste your time with these clowns. They clearly are not professionals. Only amateur dealerships can’t handle out of state deals.

We ended up purchasing a ford focus and VW Atlas. We were thankful for the friendly helpful service. We were not familiar with the process of buying a used car and Giulia was able to explain the whole process with detail and patience.

Giulia was great in assisting our daughter in the purchase of her first car. Definitely go see her if you are in the narket to purchase!
