AE of Miami

I purchased a 2020 Ford Transit Connect from AE of Miami. The ad stated runs and drives. I put down a $1000.00 deposit and wired the balance to the dealership. When the transporter arrived to pick up the vehicle it would not start. After a week of working to get it started, it would not start. They offered and gave me a refund of all my money, but would not return the fee I paid to my bank(of 100.00) for the wire fee. It should not cost me hard earned money to find out the vehicle they sold as runs and drives would not start. BEWARE!

Zero help...... No one followedup.. No idea what i need to do to get stzrter or anything ..

Customer service was above and beyond from start to finish. Pablo was great to work with. He managed to get us the exact car we were looking for.
