Dave Smith ripped me off, after forcing me to sign a extended warranty but promising to pay it back if nothing went wrong with the truck. And then after of year of calling and filling out paperwork told me the fine print said I wouldn’t be paid back my $2000, I have no fine print in my comment that says that. Nothing that says they won’t pay me back after 90 days like they said. They suck I’m not ever doing business with them again and I’m telling all my friends that they are a rip off !!!!

Dave Smith Motors Dishonest and Non-Responsive
Dealer will not return calls or make any attempt to communicate at all - I tried to cancel and extended warranty per the dealers instructions. No response, even after they signed for the documents I sent. This dealer shows its true side of things when they do this. They are dishonest and greedy in this area.

Canceled an extended warranty 4 months ago. 3 weeks ago was told by Dave smith motors that they had received the refund from warranty company and would be forwarding it to our home. 3 weeks later and still no check. Now we are forced to take other measures an aquire an attorney to chase our money. We will now spend a large portion of our cancelation trying to aquire our money.

Dealer won't return phones calls after sale
My purchase started out ok until I realized that a hand buff paint sealant was added back into the deal after negotiating it out. I called the dealership and couldn't get Clint the salesman or his sales manager Thad Tucker to call me back or answer phones calls/emails. It's only $150 but now it's the principle of it. In my opinion this is dishonest and the same as stealing. Someone from the dealership should get a hold of me and make this right and I'd then be happy to take this down.
