They sure are charming when they sell you the car.

They sure are charming when they sell you the car. Pray nothing goes wrong with it. Unless of course you have an extra car to drive for 3 weeks because that is how long they say it will take to fix it. I paid 15,000 for a car that I didn't even have for 6 months, and the radiator blew in it. It was a weekend and I had to go back to school and work in Milwaukee (I bought the car so didn't have to worry about car problems). I paid $550 out of pocket to fix it and it still wasn't running right). I had to take my mom's vehicle back to school. On Monday my mother talked to Justin, and he seemed like he was going to be pretty helpful; he even had the car towed to the lot. That night Ricky told me it was going to be 3 weeks and I was upset. My mom talked to Justin again on Tuesday and he explained that the mechanic was out until Wednesday. On Thursday afternoon we hadn't heard anything, so my mom called and was told by Justin that him and the mechanic were staying late to diagnose it. Friday comes and while explaining what we already were told it may be. He said it may be that or it may be another issue. He asked a few questions and was going to call back. Tried to call him back and was told Justin left for the day. Here we are _ Saturday, Justin sure has a different attitude. Basically, called my mom a liar about what Ricky said on the phone the night before. (By the way Ricky is his brother). Tried to say that he explained to her what was going on with the car and he did no such thing. Literally said, he was going to go back and listen to the phone calls. In my job the customer is always right regardless. We don't fight with them like a child. Argued that he was just trying to save her money because she had said nobody wanted to touch the sensor, we thought was bad. Then she stated she could have it done cheaper. Did I forget to mention. Of course nothing is covered under the warranty. Who argues with someone like that. Good thing it wasn't my boss I would have been fired. Then threw it up that he was covering the towing bill for having it brought there. HE OFFERED. Had he asked, we have AAA I could have worked it out, but he was in such a hurry to do nothing. Needless to say, I am glad I have my Mother and Uncle who will never let me get swindled by a smooth-talking salesman again. Lesson learned by buying a lemon. My car is getting fixed as I type this, and I will be bringing my mom's vehicle home tonight from Milwaukee. No help from the Not so Cool Car Guys or not so helpful Cool Car Guys again, unless you want to tow it yourself, pay for it yourself, have an extra car to drive for up to 3 weeks, but they are trying to do you a favor. No Thank You Justin

Best car buying experience I have ever had!!!

I purchased my vehicle from them and the process was so easy. I was worried about getting approved due to a repossession I had but they were able to work with me to get me into a vehicle. the staff there was very friendly and non judgmental. I felt like I was at home with family members while I was there. The process was very quick and easy and I have already recommended 2 other people who have gotten vehicles there as well.

Great place! Highly recommend!

I purchased a vehicle from here and from start to finish they were very accommodating. Got my car exactly in my price range and worked with me to make my payment affordable! They text me and kept the line of communication open through the whole process. Their service department is amazing too, with the couple minor repairs I've had they gave me a loaner car so I could get to work and kept me updated on everything that was going on with my vehicle. I have never experienced better customer service when purchasing a car and having service work done! I'm impressed and would definitely buy a car from them again! Thank you Cool Car Guys!

We had a great first experience!

We had a great first experience! The deal was fair and I feel our salesman went above and beyond for us. He did research when I had a question to the particular vehicle if he wasn't certain, which meant to me, he wanted to be sure he was giving completely accurate information. I love the car we purchased! I will definitely recommend them to friends.

Useless car

Subaru bought 5months leaked oil know have to replace radiator ,do not feel save with this car not even a year have problems with it. Never buying from them again.
