I recently had my 2020 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro serviced at Loyalty Toyota, and the experience was outstanding. The service personnel were incredibly efficient and professional. Dana Reed greeted me and took care of ordering new sun

Dana Reed greeted me and took care of ordering new sun visor and getting my repair of sun visor scheduled and it was completed within 24 hours of my advising her to order the visor. She is very professional and friendly.

Mr. Christapher Blanc is dealing with my since more than 6 months,, his way of dealing with me as a customer is extraordinary exceptional,this why withinn a 6 months I have purchased 3 cars through his dealership, although I have other contacts in Toyota Loyalty but always prefer to Mr. Christopher. His way of talking, and convincing power is also extraordinary superb. I admire is way of respect and quick response and disposal.

My experience with Bailey Romain was excellent.

My experience with Bailey Romain was excellent. When I first made the appointment, I was told that I would have to leave my vehicle in order for them to identify if my vehicle was part of the recall. When I arrived to drop off, I was told, "If you'll give us 30 mins, we will have it ready for you." It was ready in 15 minutes.

I damaged my front bumper covering and parts underneath.

I damaged my front bumper covering and parts underneath. Alexandra Floyd at Loyalty Collision estimated the repairs, worked with the insurance company and got my car repaired quickly and expertly. They did a wonderful job making my 11 year old car look brand new. The color match of the new paint with the ceramic coated existing paint was exact. I picked up the car and Alexandra went over all the repairs. She brought it to the front door with the air conditioning running so I left in comfort. Talk about valet service! Great job Alex and Loyalty.
