I used Haidi as my sales person and had a wonderful experience with her. He was very polite with a great smile and very accommodating. She made herself available to me any time I needed her and resolved any questions I had. I had no ride to go pick up the car the I bought from her but she personally delivered my car to my location within an hour. She is a blessing and I can’t say enough about how great she was to work with. I strongly suggest you to use her if you are considering buying a car from this branch

Timothy Fagio is a rude awful man!! Do not recommend spending your time with this man as he will do nothing but waste your time. I’m honestly worried he’s going to use my personal information to steal my identity. I don’t know how a company can employee such a person!

I spoke to someone online and then spoke to Lori 3 times explaining my situation and she reasured that they can work with my situation , I came in and a sales women came to us and within 5 mins she said we can't help you and I said I spoke to Lori 3 times before i drive a hour and a half there for no reason she was admitted they could ! Well the sales lady then points and lori and said well there's lori I was so shocked and just couldn't not fathom a employee throwing another under the bus you guys need to retrain maybe have them show respect and respect fellow employees I do not recommend stopping in less you want bad attitude s and nothing but wasting time

I purchased a vehicle this last January from the Davenport location. The day after, the vehicle broke down. At first, it seemed the dealership would take care of me. They took the car to be repaired, and gave me a rental to drive around. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing from them, I was told the deal fell through and I now needed to pay for the rental. I was in Idaho, moving my family 3000 miles to Florida when they called me. I returned the vehicle as soon as I got into town (I had left it in airport long term parking) on the 12th of February. I was assured they would stay in contact with me every step of the way, they never stayed in touch other than to tell me the deal fell through. I made a $1500 down payment that has yet to be refunded. I have tried to contact them since and the salesman no longer even works there. Speedway is incredibly shady and will apparently steal your down payment if a loan falls through. I was told it fell through because I had no Florida residence. Do not buy a vehicle from them, they're peaches and cream until they're not making money from you.

This was one of the most AWESOME car buying experience in my life. Someone totaled my vehicle in May 2022. So, I began browsing different dealerships to purchase a replacement vehicle. Happen to come across Speedway Auto Sales in Lake Wales, FL. Through diligent work by the salesman's name Eddie...he was able to find a company to finance my purchase. Moving forward... I'm truly thankful for acquiring the vehicle warranty that really wasn't expensive to purchase. It definitely paid off this year when my transfer case went out. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT was caring, knowledgeable and attentive to my situation. I would like to THANK Ashley, John and any other mechanic(s) that got the job done. Tim Fagio was able to get us into a great truck for alot cheaper down than the first offer. Unfortunately the 300 down is not honest for the company for that's what we had talked about over the phone but not what we got in person. But we did get the truck. If you live far I do recommend having a large down deposit before you go. They also badger you for a good rating.

They had me pre approved before I stepped on the lot. Love this place. They were extremely helpful with me doing it by myself for the first time. Highly recommend.
