Was exactly as advertised, no stress, no pushy salespeople, simplified process. I almost was hesitant because their prices were so much better than other dealers I saw online, but they explained that by not having a huge building and tons of team members like other dealers they can price their vehicles much lower, very impressed.

Sam took the time to answer all of our questions before and after our test drives. My wife fell in love with the BMW X3. We didn’t leave with the vehicle that day because I wanted to surprise her. Sam worked with me to get all the paperwork and even delivered the vehivle to my home. My wife was not home at that time because she was working.
