I spoke to Mr. Matt Barnes about trouble with my 03 Monte Carlo. I had several issues that were quickly diagnosed and not only repaired to my satisfaction but surpassed it!! Matt sent me to his service advisor, Andy, and his counterpart, a gray haired knowledgeable gentleman that was impressive with his overall knowledge about my Chevrolet. Andy went over and above to fix all my problems and not only did so expediently but with professionalism and courtesy. He consulted with his mechanic/Tech. and were not only able to satisfy me but SAVED me money. I was surprised due to being over charged at other dealerships or paying large amounts of money for services rendered. Mr. Matt Barnes runs a neat, clean facility and has a grasp on his employees and it seems a fine working relationship with them. Car was having the flat tires from broken glass. Jeff say to me "no, I don't come fix your car. You fix it." I offers to pay this moneys to him for fixing and he say no. I had sleep in car.
