Absolutely the best experience I've ever had in a car dealership. Blake was my salesman, absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I'd recommend express.cars in Green Bay in a heartbeat. Love my red Hemi Challenger!!! MoPar or No Power, baby!

I drove over 100 miles and purchased a 2015 Murano from Express cars in Green Bay. The sales experience with Dean and Brody was wonderful as they made the whole process easy and stress free! But that was only the beginning. It turned out, to no fault of theirs that the vehicle had a bad transmission. I live in a very hilly area of Wi. and they don't have many hills over there!! haha Well, the only way this defective tranny failed was to go up a very steep hill at low speeds and it was very intermittent. The vehicle came standard with a 3 month/3k warranty and I thank God it did! So I starting working with Danielle in Green Bay and Ben and Cindi of Nissan service in Appleton. With the distance and difficulty in reproducing this problem, they trusted me to work with our local Nissan dealer over here. We all decided it was a weird tranny problem and without any questioning or fuss...they replaced the tranny under warranty in Appleton and while doing that found another problem, called me to say they were going to fix that to and did!! Once I got the car back, there was another minor problem that occurred and the valeted out here again, and fixed that problem after replacing the tranny!! All under a no fuss warranty!!! These people are great and in todays business society I was shocked! They stuck to their word, were all very professional and really went on another dealerships diagnosis to fix the problem!! When I buy my next vehicle I will definitely go back!! I would highly recommend Bergstrom cars over any other dealership in the state!! Thanks again Bergstrom/express cars team!! You guys are the best!!!

Seemingly simple buying process got confusing with some missed communication. Otherwise fairly decent experience. Inexperienced salesmen may need some more training or guidance. Everyone is very nice though.
