I inquired about a specific car and scheduled an

I inquired about a specific car and scheduled an appointment to see it the next day. When I arrived, I was told the car had already been sold, which was very disappointing—especially since no one informed me beforehand. They offered to show me another vehicle, but it wasn’t the color or style I was looking for. Ultimately, I decided to take my business to another dealership. Communication and follow-through are important, and unfortunately, that was lacking in this experience.

💥💥💥STEER AWAY FROM TOYOTA OF FOX LAKE! This is my email to the general manager of Toyota of Fox Lake to which he didn't even bother to respond with an emoticon. 👎👎👎 What a shame 👎👎👎 Brian, Thank you for your time, but I must express my disappointment in the way my inquiry has been handled. I was initially quoted a final price for the 2012 Toyota Prius, and when I began negotiating, I was told that the price was non-negotiable because the car hadnt even been inspected yet. This is concerning to me for several reasons: How can the dealership set a final price for the car without knowing its condition? If it hasnt been inspected, how do you know its safe to drive? I was expecting a transparent and honest process, but this situation leaves me unsure about the true value and safety of the vehicle. Its troubling that I was presented with a final price without the necessary inspection, and I'm left questioning how much confidence I can have in this transaction if the vehicle's condition hasn't been properly assessed. I would appreciate some clarification on this matter before I proceed any further. I was told by the salesman Jeff Giessele and the sales manager Kevin Lessner, that I'll be called later in the day with a response. It didn't happen.  Very unprofessional!  I feel that they treated me unfair,  thinking that I'm a women and I know nothing about cars.  Big mistake!  Thank you for allowing me to express my concerns about the lack of inspection, potential safety issues, and pricing inconsistencies in a professional and respectful manner" Of course they lowered the price of the car the next day. Hmm, I wonder why that is. Watch out, would be customers!

The management at Toyota of Fox Lake needs to know what a

The management at Toyota of Fox Lake needs to know what a valuable resource they have in Timothy Delord. I made a random call to the dealership about a rusted out frame on my 2004 Toyota Tacoma. Despite what task I may have taken him away from, Timothy showed a level of professionalism and patience that I have not encountered in over 50 years of car ownership. In this age of negative connotations regarding car dealership personnel, the level of satisfaction in my experience with Timothy Delord must be acknowledged by dealership management. Please convey my thanks.

This is the second vehicle we’ve purchased through Fox

This is the second vehicle we’ve purchased through Fox Lake Toyota and we could not be happier with the entire experience. John Ippolito went above and beyond to locate the vehicle we wanted and was great in walking us through the purchasing steps. John is friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming and patient, which are truly great qualities to have in sales. Shane was our finance person and he was also great. Clearly an expert in his piece of the process, Shane made getting through all of the paperwork painless. And finally, thanks to anyone else at Fox Lake Toyota who played a role with our new RAV, from picking it up and transporting back from Iowa to filling up the tank to detailing the vehicle before pickup, it’s all very much appreciated.

Purchasing a car online from Toyota Foxlake proved to be a very painless process. We traded in an existing Toyota and picked up our new car in person. Even though we were 5 1/2 hours away from the dealership. Jeff G. Is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. We very much enjoyed his friendly demeanor and interesting conversations. Shane did a great job on the financial end and made everything understandable and run smoothly He was also very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Highly recommended this dealership.
