Bought a car that needed a few things corrected.

Went in on a Friday afternoon and decided to purchase a car. Asked them to secure the financing and call me back. I would come back in for signing and pickup. Then on Saturday I get an email thanking me for coming in, and to let them know if they can do anything for me. WHAT?! Then, they ran my credit and started the deal. Long story short, they sold the car I wanted. I decided to stick with them and purchase a different car. I asked if the car had a second key fob, and was told it "was in a file in back". After taking possession of the vehicle, I noticed the window tint peeling on the door and the steering wheel was not centered. They agreed to fix the tinting, but would not fix the other issues. Nice people. But this is the second Lou Fusz location I've been to, and not been satisfied with.
