Liberty GMC

If you don't want to read the whole thing here it is, avoid buying from here Cole and Phil were great now if only they can get to a honest dealership. Unfortunately Rocky (the manager) and liberty group are really holding them back. We recently purchased a truck from this place, we took it on a drive the best we could as we were told it has an issue upon acceleration and it was the fuel filter they also said they were running it through the shop for inspection we gave them a deposit and let them do what they needed to do. Come the day of pick up we took it for another drive IT DOES THE SAME THING. we brought it up to them and they said no worries we'll take care of it we'll get with the service department Monday after running it through the shop yet again they say it'll be $1,000 to repair mind you this was an issue we brought up before signing paperwork and the only reason we did is cause they said they would take care of us now when it comes to it they don't want to take care of it. The reasoning we got was because I traded in a truck, one they gave me less than 8k for by the way, and said they needed to put 4k into it due to transmission issue. Which is odd the truck has taken me to so many places with 0 signs of issues also I sold cars for 14 years and I know for a fact they would not put that much into a vehicle they paid less than 8 grand on. Stay away from this dealership

My salesman was Noah. He was very nice to deal with. They had a truck I wanted for a fair price. My only complaint was that there were different managers that were involved and each contradicted each other causing a lot of confusion for me.

My wife and I had been waiting over 6 months for a car ordered from a different dealership. Saw that Liberty had a Yukon that matched our car exactly - I called in talked with Chris and 2 days later we had a car DELIVERED to our doorstep in Utah!! Amazing customer service and the process was sooo smooth and easy. Highly highly recommend Chris, fantastic to work with! Another shout out is Monica in their finance department she was great as well! What an awesome team they have at Liberty GMC!!

We had a great experience dealing with John Adams GMC. We were interested in an F-250 that we had noticed on their lot over the weekend. When I hit them up they contacted me within an hour and set up an appointment to look at it. The salesman were very friendly and I didn't feel pressured into buying something that I didn't want. They even let us take the truck overnight to ensure that we liked it prior to buying. After driving it we had a couple little nit picks that we wanted fixed prior to purchase. They gladly repaired the items quickly. Even after the purchase I am still in contact with Chris the salesman who is easily reachable and always willing to help. They made financing and purchase easy and did all the work for us. Their lifetime warranty also gives me a sense of security. When I go shopping for another vehicle in the future I will definitely pick them first.

DISHONEST Dealership Sales Sales quoted price took three times on the paper work to get it to the agreed price. Then on the final paperwork they pulled a fast one and the agreed “included items” were added on as extras. When I spoke with the sales manager he dismissed it as needing more transparency and would speak with the financing department and sales manager and get back to me. Still waiting for that phone call. Just plain sneaky and dishonest.
