I came in with my old 2018 Malibu, a dolla and a dream

I came in with my old 2018 Malibu, a dolla and a dream and I left with the car of my DREAMS !!! All I can say is RYAN ADAMS !!!! He was the most kind, helpful and informative person i’ve ever met !! He was patient and went with me to test drive over 6 cars and i’m not exaggerating! I had to be 100% sure !! Ryan understood the assignment and how important it was for me to get the car with everything on my wish list and I mean EVERYTHING!! I did not have to settle or compromise at all!! Pleased isn’t even the word I am OVER THE MOON!! The Manager Marcus made sure he worked with me to stay in budget and offered me a great deal for my trade-in ! Emerson was also super helpful and I can’t forget Camryn in finance !!! She was quick, well informed and made sure I left feeling confident and assured !! If you are looking for a sign to come into Lindsay THIS IS YOUR SIGN !!! -KiKi

I go to check my payoff amount from time to time through

I go to check my payoff amount from time to time through the myGMC app - the moment I do, I get blasted / bombarded with your scripted CRM spam emails, your scripted CRM text messages, your scripted voice messages from Morgan of their BDC department. Morgan, if you actually paid attention to the notes you supposedly put onto my account the previous time you did this, none of this would be happening. The first time she did it, I understood but politely asked her to please stop; it happened a second time and wanted to blame it on "system errors" and that she would be sure to put notes into the system not to contact me anymore. Well, guess what everyone, I checked my pay off last night at 7:32pm EST last night, and within 2-4 minutes later, the text messages, emails, and phone calls started YET again for the 3rd time. I've been more than polite asking not to be bothered and you still can't seem to comprehend so here's this public message, STOP CALLING ME Morgan (I truly hope this public request of mine will finally break through your incompetence). Riddle me this, why would I want to continue to do business with a company when their BDC department can't respect a person's (previous customer's) simple request? This speaks volume and goes to show you truly don't care about your customers. I've now asked twice prior to this most recent encounter, and yet you still bother me! When a person checks their payoff and you immediately contact them, is that not borderline stalking? When a customer asks twice not to be bothered anymore and they go to check their payoff and you contact me again for the 3rd time; does that not constitute as harassment? I've asked not to be bothered/contacted numerous times, buy yet, here we are. Kudos to you Morgan.

Overall experience was great.

Overall experience was great. Did not feel pressured to buy. Sales team?s willingness to work with us was exceptional. Staff courteous and professional. Overall experience did take a longer time then expected so did not get enough time to go over all of the new advanced technology.

Don't waste your time taking your vehicle for service.

Don't waste your time taking your vehicle for service. I was quoted almost $2000.00 on a $600 job. They must believe people are uneducated and stupid.

They hate educated buyers.

They hate educated buyers. Inquired about a 2022 Silverado High Country on Autotrader that said "contact for price." I sent them a message asking for the sale price as well as the Carfax report as the only thing provided on Autotrader was the Autocheck. I've been looking for almost a year and can verify Autocheck reports fail in comparison to Carfax. Their Autocheck report showed renewals and that was all. I asked for a Carfax because 5 different times throughout my vehicle search I have found Autocheck reports like this only to find out the Carfax showed ominous service(s) such as "valve body replaced," "lifters replaced," etc. Hence my inquiry about wanting the Carfax. I'm not spending 50K on a 2 year old truck that may have had significant engine repair already. Their reply was "you can buy one yourself." At 50 grand you dealers can supply the GD Carfax. Morgan was helpful and referred me to Marsha who provided the price. I asked Marsha "what interest rates they were currently seeing and whether they would negotiate on the price if interest rates were too high." I have an 800+ credit score and over 100K income and low DTI, but that no longer gets me good rates in today's market. No response. Couple days later Morgan asked if I got everything I needed, to which I replied I had not. She forwarded my message again to Marsha. Nothing. Again I emailed Marsha for a rough ballpark of what the interest rate would be for a top tier borrower like me........nothing. So screw customers who want any information to make an informed decision when they're spending 50 plus thousand dollars. And a Carfax.....guess they can't afford it or are just too lazy to provide one. Would never buy here!!!!

What a complete clown show the service dept.

What a complete clown show the service dept. is. When I took it in, it was running fine until it had been running for 30 minutes or more, then it developed a miss. There were no warning lights on. I declined having them repair it. When I picked it up, it was barely running and there were two warning lights on. I will never have anything to do with Lindsay again unless it to sue them.
