GREAT SERVICE AND EASY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND WAS IN AND OUT VERY QUICKLY

They did great got me a good rate even though I only have a yr of credit they made me feel comfortable when i was anxious about getting approved the only reason why I gave it a 4 star rating is my sales person was super pushy for me to give him a tip and when it came to getting a car it didn't seem like he was listening to well but besides that I still ended up getting into a decent car.

Did not complete work. Tire pressure was not set. Or pumped to spec I had to tell them.

Don't know who Travis Manner is so that is one star. But Jeffery was my salesperson and did a great job

Andrea was awesome to work with. It's because of her service I will return.

I was immediately met by a service representative - service was prompt and completed in a timely manner.

They kept my vehicle for 3 weeks and the problems are not fixed. They sold me an extended warranty and did not honor it. They insisted that I approve expensive services that were obviously part of extended warranty work. Quite possibly the worst service experiences of my life.
