TLDR: DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS DEALERSHIP! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! - customer service is lacking and prejudice. This dealership is not worth your trouble. Just recently came to look at a trade-in BMW, it was lightly raining, first the salesperson Jonathan told me “you can test drive, but you can’t drive the car that far because of the rain” - I thought this was an rather odd thing to tell a potential buyer. So my girlfriend and I literally took the car around the block and pulled back into the parking lot. The salesperson seemed friendly enough, he did make a rude comment when he asked where my girlfriend was from and she said Venezuela he replied “oh that’s not a good place, Venezuela is very bad” once again, there is turmoil going on in Venezuela but she has family still there and it’s kind of rude to say that. The very next day, I called to ask about the policy on test driving in the rain and another associate (laughed) then told me that they do not restrict folks from test driving when it’s raining. He said we probably would lose a 3rd of our sales if that were the case. I was transparent and told the salesperson I’d be looking at another car in Stevens Creek, but I’d be reaching out because I want to get a car before the new year. So that is what led me to write this review. I called the salesperson on 12/30/24, to follow up and ask a few additional questions about the car and what certainty the dealership can give me on the cars background. Jonathan (salesperson) answers the phone and I tell him it’s down to the BMW on their lot and another car, and immediately he replies “OH NO BRO WE DONT NEGOTIATE you can go to the other car we can sell the car for more we don’t negotiate” … I did not once ask about negotiating at all, and it was really rude. I told him was there someone else to speak to because that was so out of left field. And he responded “it doesn’t matter we don’t negotiate” - I told him thank you and I’d be writing a review on this laughable customer service. So in summary folks: this salesman (who mentioned he’s pretty new) lied about their test driving policy for whatever reason, insulted my girlfriend’s heritage (for whatever reason) and rudely flipped his whole script when I was calling to inquire about purchasing a car. This was an absolutely horrible experience.

Nissan Altima
I inquired about a car I saw on cars.com. The salesman Robert showed continued interest in my search, but was not high pressure. When I visited the dealership, salesman Robert, the sales manager Steven and finance manager Ilona were all very professional, efficient and informative. The sale went smoothly, and the car was delivered when promised and on time.

Buyers Be Aware: defective mis-represented car
We went to test drive a pre-owned car with clean history and took it for a pre purchase inspection with the dealer's approval. During test drive, the car performed fine. But it started shaking and had check engine light on at the end of our 7 mins drive from dealership to inspection place, literally on the same street as the dealership. The mechanic wouldn't complete the inspection because the car's obviously defective. We called the dealer and asked them to drive us and the car back, to which we are told that It is fine and we should drive it back. On the short drive back, the car shook violently, with the check engine light on and one button stopping functioning: the single most frightening drive I’ve been on. After we returned the car at the dealership, the salesperson still tried to “explain” to us that it is not a big deal, that we had to made it really clear that we had no interest to buy this whatsoever. When we tried to drive away, the dealership manager physically blocked our car from leaving and after we left, he sent us a stream of aggressive thretening text messages trying to blame us for his defective car. We simply did our due diligence to detect any defective car within our legal right and their approval, with good faith intention to purchase the car that we arranged an inspection out of our own expense. The idea that this car immediately showed its true unsellable condition within merely 7 minutes drive on city road is extremely concerning. And the thick-skin audacity and complete ignorance of the law demonstrated by the manager to try to intimidate us to “be responsible” and that we as customers, had any interest, or window, or capability, to “tamper with” his car is such a ridiculous effort to cover up their own practice and squeeze people out of money whenever they can. The only silver lining is we would never do any business with this place. And sincerely advise that all should steer away from this place as much as possible. If you have to consider to purchase anything from them, please do a pre purchase inspection and still prepare for possibility to endanger you and your loved ones, and follow up threats from them to shake you down if you happen to be the lucky one dodging the bullets before handing them your money. This dealership misreprented the car's condition, tried to sell a car that is not safe and shouldn't be allowed to be sold, and threatened customers to pay for defects uncovered pre-purchase, via no damages or any accidents caused during the dealership visit.
