The vehicle price and trade-in value were fair and reasonable to both the seller and dealership. That is where the good experience ends. There were lots of missteps from salesman to the finance department. Attention to detail was very lacking and has taken 5 calls and various emails for the issues to be resolved. Knowing the car market in today’s market, I would have gone to another dealer for the same type of car. The salesman team culture was also quite disturbing as they liked to put down the the gentleman I was working with which is truly unfortunate and unprofessional. They will push you for a warranty that they do not know how to execute, install an Apex vehicle tracking system that they are reluctant to remove, and pass you around to people with various titles that appear the same, but hold different hierarchy in the management chain. Was the deal exceptional to put up with these flaws…no.
