One of the dealerships that actually have inventory and trying to help their customers, went there for a preowned car and actually ended up buying a new Alfa Romeo just because they are one of the only ones that offer 0% APR for new cars . Sometimes problem is people have unrealistic expectations when they are buying a preowned car

Dealership is not to be trusted. Did not return a drivers license surrendered for test drive, and admitted they “lost” it.

Unprofessional

Extremely upset with the unprofessionalism of this location. I bought my car in October 2022. My plates have been expired for over two months, going for 3. I get the run around every-time I call. They state they will call me back and once you call the person who handles the DMV has left for the day. Same situation for the past 2 months. Called again today and stated they will call me back , no one did called again and the Lady left for the day again , im not sure whats going on. Pretty sure they never put the paperwork in for the registration. When you leave the dealership they ask you to leave a good review, luckily I did not. This place and their location in Elizabeth ‘Dip Luxury’ do the same. Probably will have to wait another month to get my plates done. Will never recommend anyone to either location take your business somewhere else!!

ASK FOR BRYAN!!!!

My experience with Bryan in sales was amazing! Super knowledgeable on any vehicle i asked a question about, very kind and friendly, surprisingly i wasn’t pressured into doing anything at all like most car dealerships! staff went above and beyond to ensure the best customer satisfaction! And will definitely be back to continue doing business with Bryan for future car purchases!!

nothing but excellent service like always

From the service department to the receptionist, everyone will welcome you nicely and with a smile and will send you home the same way . Dealt with them so many times and never had an issue , or a problem that hasn’t been fixed or explained . Most likely people with unrealistic expectations would leave a review less than 5 stars for this dealership, but only way to find out is to go there and see for yourself.

Scammers

If you’re looking to get scammed and robbed, this is the right dealership. The sales person tried to sell me a car with bad accident. when I asked him if the Carfax is clean and has no accident, he said yes it’s clean and no accidents but for some reason he wouldn’t show it to me so I was able to find it on my own when he found out he never came back to talk to me. I had to deal with the manager. The manager tried to sell me this car for more what it cost with no accident. besides that those people sitting next to us and complaining that it’s taking way too long.
