ASK FOR BRYAN!!!!

My experience with Bryan in sales was amazing! Super knowledgeable on any vehicle i asked a question about, very kind and friendly, surprisingly i wasn’t pressured into doing anything at all like most car dealerships! staff went above and beyond to ensure the best customer satisfaction! And will definitely be back to continue doing business with Bryan for future car purchases!!

nothing but excellent service like always

From the service department to the receptionist, everyone will welcome you nicely and with a smile and will send you home the same way . Dealt with them so many times and never had an issue , or a problem that hasn’t been fixed or explained . Most likely people with unrealistic expectations would leave a review less than 5 stars for this dealership, but only way to find out is to go there and see for yourself.

Over 400 cars in stock wonderful inventory purchased a 2019 BMW 530e hybrid. Gas savings here I come Great job George the salesman finance was super simple zero pressure 5 stars!

Scammers

If you’re looking to get scammed and robbed, this is the right dealership. The sales person tried to sell me a car with bad accident. when I asked him if the Carfax is clean and has no accident, he said yes it’s clean and no accidents but for some reason he wouldn’t show it to me so I was able to find it on my own when he found out he never came back to talk to me. I had to deal with the manager. The manager tried to sell me this car for more what it cost with no accident. besides that those people sitting next to us and complaining that it’s taking way too long.

This dealer has not processed my third party warranty

This dealer has not processed my third party warranty eight months later and will not return my calls or rectify the issue. The warranty is 4,000 dollars and I feel distraught in these tough times to drive a car with no warranty protection. It is shameful and predatory and I hope nobody else has to deal with this terrifying scenario!!!

Anna my sales person was extremely helpful with

Anna my sales person was extremely helpful with everything. She made buying the car a quick and easy task and even when I thought I wouldn’t be able to get the car I wanted they got me into a car that was newer with fewer miles for a reasonable price. She’s also going above and beyond to help me out even after I bought the car. I would 100% recommend buying a car from Anna! She was Great and I cannot stress that enough!

xxxx Poor Treatman selling Preowned cars. After my initial inquiry on a vehicle they called me several times to set up a time I would come in to see and test drive. I set an appt and was emailed a reminder and called twice that day by Julia to confirm I would come in . I spoke to Julia confirming GPS directions before leaving home. I had an hour ride to get there. I arrived and was told to have a seat. After about 10 min a saleman came over and told me the vehicle I came to set was in the process of being sold. Of course, I was very surprised and discussed after driving an hour in rush hour traffic. Then to make matters worst he asked me to wait and see if his current sales credit was approved, if not I would have my opportunity. I actually waited 20 min before complaining then was offered and pushed to see another vehicle instead. In short they never reimbursed me for my gas as promised. Kept me waiting another hour only to redirect me to unload some other vehicle. They come off as caring but thats all BULL!. They couldn't give a crap about a potential sale or your time, and money. Who ever comes in first with the money gets the car. The crazy part is I was going to pay cash in full for the vehicle. I complained to a financial mgr but they didnt care. BeWare of this place, pay attention to the negative reviews. I wish I had read them before wasting my time here.

The facility is comfortable and elegant.

The facility is comfortable and elegant. Phil, our sales exec, was professional, responsive, and had full command of product knowledge. The finance team made sure I got the best rate, and the deal itself was extremely fair. I'm moving to Central Jersey, but I will do the 1h drive for continued service, I was so impressed.
