I bought a car from them in Feb 2021. It began having issues right away. It was in the shop several times in the first few weeks. I tried to contact the dealer, even though I bought it as is, I hoped they'd do the right thing. I got no response to my call/ email. I researched, find out I had rights. It is illegal to sell a car that is not safe to operate. I got an attorney, it was resolved by the car being bought back from me, all my repair costs being reimbursed. By law a car is supposed to pass a safety inspection before being sold. The car's motor mount was sheared off, the engine could be rocked w/ 1 finger. It caused the brakes to fail, both cv boots to explode, electrical issues. It was far from safe, it couldn't have passed a safety inspection but it was still sold to me. I'm glad the case was settled quickly, I will have my money back and they have to take back the dangerous car.

I had to reschedule my initial visit several times, as my mother unexpectedly became seriously ill. They were extremely understanding and accommodating. I purchased a car for a relative, the entire process was quick and efficient.
