My second purchase and second Five Star Review for Park Place Lexus Grapevine and the 2025 RX350h AWD I recently purchased my second 2025 Lexus RX350h AWD from Park Place Lexus Grapevine—yes, my second in just the past couple of months—and that alone should tell you how impressed I am with both the vehicle and the dealership. Even more so, it’s a testament to the outstanding service provided by Jessica Martinez, my sales representative for both purchases. Jessica is truly a rare find in the automotive world. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, honest, easy to work with, and genuinely focused on creating a positive, low-pressure customer experience. From the moment we first spoke, she made it clear that her top priority was finding the perfect vehicle for my needs—not just making a sale. She is also highly responsive, always quick to return calls or texts, and worked diligently to secure the exact model and options I wanted at a very fair price. Because of Jessica’s professionalism, warmth, and dedication, coming back for a second RX350h was an easy decision. She handled every detail with care, consistency, and precision—just as she did the first time. It’s rare to find someone who makes the car-buying process feel enjoyable, efficient, and personal, but Jessica does it effortlessly. This was the best car experience I have had EVER!

This was the best car experience I have had EVER! Ash was so great to work with. He wasn’t pushy, listened to exactly what we were wanting and provided. He offered all the extras add ons that all dealerships do during the finance process and when we declined he respectfully accepted our decision. He was very informative. We also spent time with their tech guy Reyes who walked us through connecting our phones to my car and showing us all the extras. I highly recommend this dealership.

I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most

I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Everyone involved was great but David called several times to check on our status. We will trust him with all of our Lexus needs. Thank you so much Park Place Lexus!

I had an appt to meet with Amy on a Friday, which I took

I had an appt to meet with Amy on a Friday, which I took off of work for. I met her when I'd had my vehicle serviced two weeks prior. I texted her when I got there and still hadn't received a response 20 min later. The receptionist told me she had a family emergency and was not there that day. No one informed me. I asked for another salesperson and got G'Kheria. It turns out she is the sales experience manager, not a salesperson. This explained why she was didn't know what I was talking about when I was telling her about options that I had on my 2019 Lexus. She didn't have much expertise on the vehicle I was looking at that day. When I was getting quotes for payment options, she did not quote me the rates I requested. She quoted me much higher, even after I told her I will qualify for the lowest rates. I put $1,500 down for vehicle that was in transit. When I got home she called and said she gave me the wrong price for a trade-in for my vehicle and lowered it a ridiculous amount. Supposedly she overheard someone else talking about a different car. I told her it was much lower than the quoted trade-in from Amy. Amy also said I'd get more money for my trade-in at the end of the month, which is when I came in. I then asked G'Kheria to give me the new numbers, which of course were wrong and she neglected to add in my $1,500 down payment. I felt the whole process was a huge waste of time and I was working with someone that really didn't know what they were doing. I canceled my order and will be waiting until next summer to purchase my new vehicle. I'll also be sure to work with an actual salesperson. Very unimpressed with this experience.

The staff answered all my questions and treated my wife and I with honesty and respect. They don't play games and apply no pressure. Michael Moore, our salesman, was very personable and informative.
