Easy online buying experience.

I found my vehicle online on a Thursday and by the following Wednesday it was delivered to me in Austin. Douglas provided all the requested information quickly and made the process of trading in my old car for my first Porsche painless!

professional and courteous

Pleasant atmosphere, clean and welcoming. Our recent visit was during the COVID-19 pandemic and thus necessitated extra safety protocols yet these were handled in a way that still made the overall experience both practical and inviting.

Treated like a VIP...

I was able to find the exact CPO Porsche 911 I was looking for online and contacted the dealership to get more information and proceed with the purchase. Douglas Aaron was knowledgeable and friendly even though I could have been any regular Joe calling to waste his time without the intent of purchasing. After quickly answering my questions about the Porsche and its history, Douglas and I wrapped up the entire deal quickly and efficiently... A quick 5 hour drive later and the car was all mine! I was treated like a VIP from the moment I walked in, and even though my car cost a fraction of what some of their inventory sells for, I felt as if I was being treated like royalty. I have never experienced a car sales process this stress free and enjoyable, and even had to ask how I could leave this feedback! Overall it hasn't been bad, but def could have been better

All of my interactions to purchase the new Taycan have come from me, I didn't receive any notification around being able to test drive and communication was one direction..nothing proactive.. However once I was able to start working with Michael Blackstock, it all turned around!... She was able to quickly get me all the information I needed, and luckily was able to get me the last turbo of the season ...even though I put a deposit down over 2 years ago....my first rep..dropped the ball but luckily she was able to get it done.
