Working with Alycia was nothing short of a pure joy. Usually buying a car is a painful experience but with Alycia she actually made it enjoyable. She was friendly, super knowledgable and most importantly patient with us. She was helping Paul learn the ropes at Porsche and you could tell her wonderful attitude was contagious. Paul and Alycia made my car buying experience amazing and I will be back in the future to work with them again

The person was originally set up to be with was Ricky R.never came over and said hi or nothing even the following day.or but the salesmen he wasn't available.and told I'm busy with another person.he could have email me an apology but I should have called when I was on my way over for the long drive..but I was greeted by Mr.Paul Kim promised my car would touch up by painting the lower bumper.& he was trueful he was use to BMW.products.but i was hand over to another and he was not there the following day.and I was greeted by a young lady by the name Alycia Johnson,she handle her business with"girl power."so she was my blessing thanks park place porsche..she was awesome.

I knew the make, model and year that I was looking for. I found this vehicle at Park Place Porsche. I started having email exchanges with Tieryn. His communications were timely, clear and with no pressure. Being a customer service advocate, these are important to me. I met with him at the dealership and he was thorough in explaining the features of the vehicle. Again, no pressure. The next step was the paperwork. A lot of it was electronic other than signing the paperwork. Again, he was thorough. As with other dealers, options were offered with an overview...no pressure. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Now that I have the dealer relationship with Teiryn, I intend on continuing.

Alycia Johnson is a “rock star”! I gave her a almost impossible task and she managed to get the job done after hours with completition prior to 8am on a Saturday! I'm very impressed with Mo, service advisor who took care of every need when my panamera was in the shop and extremely blessed that when I asked for a recommendation on someone is sales he referred Alycia.
