Bought a Taycan4S, the dealership is large, and appears to have many cars, some are even rare to find. Perhaps the rarest thing is a salesperson who genuinely likes the cars and loves what he does. We worked with Yann and he was excellent.

Yann is the most responsible salesperson I've ever met. I bought a couple of cars from various brands and met a lot of salesman, he is by far the most patient and professional one. On my first visit to Park Place Porsche dealership I didn't exactly know what car I wanted so I talked to Yann and figured out an SUV will best fits my need. He almost gave me a delivery on both Cayenne and Macan as he explained in detail on what feature each car offers and what each button means. I'm impressed because no other salesperson has introduced a car like that before. They would only tell me the best or the coolest feature, not every feature. I could totally imagine myself driving in that car. And after a test drive, I knew I liked Macan better. But it wouldn't be as impressive if he hadn't tell me every single bit about the car. So I made the purchase. It was a week later because I couldn't make it to the dealership until a week after. He gave the delivery again. He asked me if I have any questions; I couldn't think of any so I said no. Yann said farewell and told me if I have questions just text him and then went inside the building. Only about 10 mins later, I texted him with a picture, "what did you say this means?" He came out of the building and answered me. Making sure I didn't have further questions he said farewell again and went back inside. And yet, I forgot another thing... Yes, I have a terrible memory. Yann came out again. After resolving my issue, he said farewell for the third time. It was hilarious yet embarrasing. But Yann wasn't bothered at all, he was laughing out loud with me. Three days after the purchase he texted me asking how I'm doing with my new car. A week later he texted again saying if I have any questions don't hesitate to ask and made sure I was happy with my Macan. This after-sales service is superb. Yann is a very friendly and dilligent worker. I wish when I make my next purchase from Porsche he still works here.

We were shopping multiple Porsche dealers in the DFW metroplex and even though Park Place didn't have the exact model we thought we wanted, Yann's knowledge and professionalism were enough for us to visit his dealership. And once we were able to sit with him, test drive the actual model he recommended, we were convinced that the best choice for us was to purchase from Yann. He is incredibly knowledgable and simply a good guy that's easy to talk with and makes the whole buying experience pleasurable. Yann gets the highest recommendation possible; a great experience overall.

Yann was the first person we interacted with and was a great help in finding the specific vehicle my brother and I had traveled to see. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and its capabilities. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from park place but the first with the Porsche side.
